Such an elegant look pocketbook pup, and it works so well with the ring to show off the center parts of the scarf.

Wonderful summersolo, I will have to wear my pink version of this this week to be on theme!

Yes, I get the same comment from my DH as well depending on how I tie it. I think you look adorable!!

What a great design beekmanhill, and in a lovely colorway!

Thank you Bova. This arrangement might work nicely for our paddock as well.

Feux d'Artifice was a special design by Michel Duchene to celebrate Hermès 150th anniversary , and that special year 1987 was celebrated with a huge firework display and party on the Pont Neuf in Paris.

A model of the Feux d'Artificier carrying 2 scarves was made to grace the rooftop garden at the Hermès flagship store in Paris .

My gavroches hold a special place in my heart , they were the first things I began to collect . This little yellow gavroche is one of my dearest , the details are exquisite and the turquoise and silver metal overlay on the plumes of fire are swoon making!

Apart from all that the colour is amazingly cheery and flattering too , what's not to love?

There was only one run of this design and legend has it that Hermès destroyed the plates after so it is even more precious.

Please humour the multiple images !

FrouFrou, this gavroche is lovely and, confession time, I have the same gavroche but in a different colourway. One of the first scarves I bought when I succumbed to H fever. I was very worried it might turn out to be a fake but it was verified on Vestiaire Collective, I will post mine too. I must wear mine more, I am so silly, I am terrified about spoiling things! Thank you for all the background information about "our" gavroche, I love to hear the story behind a design.

Crazy for this theme and EVERYONE'S contributions! Here are a couple of mine that haven't been posted already: Les Triples and Regarde Paris...one of my all time faves.

LOVE the colors on that Regarde! So gorgeous with the teal.

BJS it's pretty on you and I think exact the same colours as my gavroche?

Thanks Croisette! I believe it is the exact same colors as your gavroche. It appears this c/w was the only one this season that was reissued in the gavroche size; all the others appear to be new colors.

I do love this scarf! Now I am really curious if your tag said BLEU or BLEUT nuit ???

I wish I could check but I ordered this one from Cuffs in Cleveland and he removed the paper ticket before sending to me! I forgot to mention for him to leave it attached! I always save them for reference if I buy the scarf new but this one I don't have :(

If I remember correctly, the online link said BLEU NUIT but of course when I look now it doesn't show up with the c/w names! haha

Loved this CW! We're twinsies on the 70, but I think mine is a slightly different CW. I think yours is the one I missed.

Lookin' good P Pup!!!

Lovely! Great tie on it!

Thanks Bunny! Yes our c/ws are different; Croisette has the gavroche from this season in the c/w like mine but it has not made it to the website yet.

Gorgeous scarf with a special story! :)

Rats - I have a bunch of Paris scarves and tried to post a photo of two - Regarde Paris in the black/yellow and the white/bright red. Alas, I couldn't figure out how to post the pics....

So much for my great idea of finally going through my mounds of scarf boxes and posting pics...

Oh, I love Regarde Paris - it always fetches a high price on evilbay, but I hope to snag one someday. Yours is gorgeous!!
Thank you, moma. I swoon each time I take it out.

Always lovely, JRTgal!
:flowers:

Beautiful scarves and I love that coral hook!
Thank you, scarf1. I was so sad when Anthropologie stopped selling those hooks and finials.:crybaby:

Oh my, I love these! I am still yearning for Les Triples, and every time I get the yearning under control I see it again and the yearning revives!
Oh, dear Pudfish. So sorry to torture you!:graucho:

Luvbolide -- I just figured out how to multi-quote after I did a search for it in the search box in the upper right hand corner. I bet you could do the same for posting photos. If I figured it out, you can too!!

Croisette Your scarf vaults are unfailing in giving us glimpses of the treasures Hermès have produced over many years.
Twins on Promenade de L , and I have an orange Napoleon , [one of my favourite patterns]
The pinnacle for me is L'Ombre des Boulevards. :cloud9:
I was hanging on for a CSGM but I'm not sure I like any c'way overmuch and some of the 90cm are ravishing….

Lovely, thanks for sharing I love Mosaique and the colour is so pretty.
