View attachment 3584084 Well, I didn't think that I had a favourite designer until I looked at my scarf list. I have two Annie Faivres: Promenade de Platon and Jardin de la Maharani, but several Alice Shirley's. And here they are!
Beautiful collage, Hermes Hope!
Hi scarf lovers! Just want to share the scarf I was wearing few days ago. I posted this photo in the Van cleef and Arpels forum and TGG requested me to post here as well. It's Au Fil Du Carre scarf. Thank you fabulous ladies for letting me share. [emoji173]

A stunning cw of Au Fil Du Carre, birkin10600. Mesmerising!
This is my favorite silk- Belles Du Mexique- by Virginie Jamin. I have a twilly and this 90cm. Someday I hope H releases a GM in this design ;). Thanks for letting me share.

You always put together the perfect outfits, peppers! Everything just works so well.
Looking through my collection, I've realized that I can't quite pick a "favorite" designer... they're all wonderful... but I do love the work of the amazing Laurence Bourthoumieux. Probably because each of her designs is unique in its own way. It's hard to pin her artwork down to any one style: in one sense, each of the three scarves I own looks as though it was made by a different artist, yet there is an underlying unity (magic, perhaps?) to them all.
There is the watercolor magic of Giverny...
... the graphic magic of Mythiques Phoenix...
... and the Escher-like magic of De la Mer au Ciel.

I love that Giverny, dear Elaine, which is saying a lot since I've never seen it before! :amuse: Off to research it!

Thank you birkin10600, ElainePG and NestGirl! I appreciate your kind words ;)

This is a wonderful silk Croisette!

Perfect match

The knot is called Le Knot Edot, it took me a little bit of practice but now it's pretty easy.

Thank you so much peppers!

Looks fabulous on you!
Many thanks festus!

Hands down Aline Honoré, I'm dashing out now wearing my Sieste.View attachment 3587132View attachment 3587133
frou frou you look gorgeous!

Have been wondering which is my favourite designer and have to admit it's Monsieur de la Going Cheap Sur Ebay, he's getting harder and harder to track down..

Ah, Pudfish -- we are twins on favorite designer "Monsieur (or Madame) de la Going Cheap Sur Ebay"!
The designers I have 5 or more scarves from are Annie Faivre (of course), Ailene Honore, Caty Latham, Christine Henry, Dimitri Rybaltchenko, Kermit Oliver, Pierre Marie, Philippe Ledoux, Robert Dallet, Virginie Jamin, and Zoe Pauwels.

Today, one of my favorites: H Comme Hermes (70cm) in color way 12.

Love your colour way , I have the pink and blue and think it's a great and useful 70cm, so nice to tie.

One of my favourite artists is Annie. Today with her VOYAGE EN ETOFFE

Truly magnificent Annie scarf, the colours glow on you!
As for the Iris, it's a case of the simplest designs giving most impact .I adore it in your festive colour way, and shall have trouble deciding which one to choose myself. Even the pastels are calling me this time….

As with many, AF and AH dominate my silky collection. Also a lot of Christine Henry. I love intricate designs!

But the one designer where I've bought the design in multiple colors and formats is Ors Bleus d'Afriques by Zoé Pauwels. I have this 90 and two moussies.

I'm always fascinated when someone is head over heels with a certain design , it's made me look closely at Ors, thank you for sharing. THose mousselines are amazing!

Here is my scarf of the day. Very excited as was heading out to take son to orthodontist so for once not wearing my muddy dog walking coat. (Cheval de Turc gavroche with MaiTai Mother of Pear scarf ring)

Yes he's one of my favourites , regretting not snapping up more silks when he was around !!
Your dog must feel so proud of you in your gorgeous gavroche, so few owners make the effort to look nice and he can hold his head high !

What I am wearing today - one of my favorite formats. 70 cm vintage silk! Printemps/ete 69/70.
Love the drawings - feels so French to me!View attachment 3586410
