These are great photos!! I ride too. Your horse looks like a lovely boy.
Yes, he certainly is! Thank you so much, dear weibandy!!

Happy to enable, Sammy Royal! I loved your photos, too -- scarf, gorgeous horse, and you!

Thank you, Luvbolide! I hope your trip to Paris yielded scarf treasures.
Thank you, dear litchi!! :flowers:

FABULOUS!! Tout en Carre?

Lovely!

Thank you dear! XO

Love this scarf!!

HAHAHAHA. I've never been compared to Maggie but I'll take it!! Thank you, dear.

Thank you my dear Croisette!! XO
Thank you!! - Love how you combined scarf and mors ring!! Looks great on you!!

View attachment 3579909 Well thanks to pudfish I can recall this format. It's the men's Losange . It is so easy to wear; shaped like an elongated diamond, with length like a twilly but with more fabric. It is much easier to tie than a gavroche as no folds are required. I think they should do more in interesting prints. This one is a simple graphic of stylized H's made to look like nautical links or that chain d'ancre scarf ring.
This looks fantastic - and so easy to wear!! Thanks so much for posting!! :flowers:

Except for the discussion about sea horses, this is off topic, but I can't resist posting this photo of a sea horse relative - the Leafy Sea dragon. Is this the most bizarre animal you've ever seen? :wtf: It has leaves!!!

BACK TO TOPIC!!

OMG and OT 2, but that is truly amazing, I hope H do a rare creatures of the sea and/or land scarf and this becomes part of the illustration.

Seriously, the whole seahorse discussion has made me love my UtWs carre so much more and I'm looking at it with new eyes thanks for @ElainePG XXX

Oh I DO have some men! On my scarf, that is!! My three little Caucasian horsemen on my CDC. Wearing it today....View attachment 3580031View attachment 3580032

Love it, I have 2 myself and they are so magnificent

Here's another 'man-on-scarf' scarf, I think he's splendid and proud

and it ties beautifully if someone (M or F) doesn't need to spotlight the theme

My first shawl from the men's department: Tampon Graphique! Love it to bits!! :hbeat: It is - literally - a workhorse for me. ;) (Please do not look too closely at the dirty boots... These pics are from the archives - and were actually never meant to be posted. So neither horse nor rider dressed up...)

I think scarves look great in RL situations, it's great you wear yours riding (and what a beautiful horse, is he a Friesian?)

Ok so this is not from the men's department but Grand Manège does have a sort of masculine theme with the equestrian straps and such plus it is my actual SOTD. On a side note, since I am a man, gender bender scarves for me would actually be the ones from the women's department haha.

Maxi twilly tied in a very "1980s secretary" pussycat bow haha.

Love it!

Thank you, dear Croisette, for this lovely compliment!! :hbeat:

This is the most beautiful cw and absolutely gorgeous on you!!

So true... It is not only finding the HG - but also at a reasonable price... :girlsigh: But in the H world miracles do happen!!:hugs:
Thank you my friend!

SO ELEGANT! I love this colorway!

Ooooohhhh a losange!! Don't tempt me with yet another format! haha

Lovely as ALWAYS!

HAHA. That's a scarf one does not see much of. FUN!

I love Pegasus Pop. It's taken all my willpower not to buy one as there are so many other things on my list.

Very nice!
BJS thank you!

Hi all! Here is my Glitch worn casually! View attachment 3579789
Looking very smart csetcos!

Oh this is fabulous and may I know how you tied this? Trying to learn a few new designs and use my carres more often. Thank you!
Thank you periogirl28. This is my most worn silk (but I don't have much choice with only six 90s) and find it has every colour I wear in it. I have just posted a how-to with photos for you in the how - to thread so that I don't clog up this thread too much. Hope they are ok and understandable. It's a nice flat knot which you can puff up as much as you want. [emoji4]
