Will catch up on all posts later, meanwhile warm regards from Caucase and my scarf on site! :flowers:
This is beautiful! WOW!! I love the colors! This is such a fabulous pattern. I have a 90cm but wish I also had the shawl!
Have a wonderful time in the Caucus mountains! (I love that you are wearing this while being there. so cool!)

30 July 2017 YELLOW OR PASTEL SCARVES
I'm not ordinarily a yellow scarf person -- I even avoid colorways with too much "H gold" (which can look quite yellow sometimes). But thanks to Silky Friends like Lanit and others who wear yellow with such success, I've begun to dip my toe into some shades that actually don't look all that bad -- I already love orange, which isn't that far from peach, which kind of drifts into apricot, and before you know it, YELLOW!

Here are the results of some of my forays:
From last week, Fleurs et Papillons de Tissus with yellow highlights
twilly APdO yellow & blue.jpg
Cavalcadour in pale yellow with shades of blue
Cavalcador yellow on blue.jpg
Traité des Armes in a nice butter yellow
more on the topic: https://benersonlittle.wordpress.com/category/swordplay/
Trait des Armes composite.jpg
A tricky scarf to wear, as the design is small and leaves a wide plain hem (right, Momasaurus?)
Tying it in back shows the pattern better:
Traite des Armes navy top.jpg
The "pale peach" category: Rivieres of Babel in a shade not often seen (at least by me)
Rivieres de Babel on brick cowboy.jpg
And full-on yellow with Carrosserie
C jacket drape tpf.jpg
And my favorite apricot shade of Noel 24 Faubourg (because of the red ribbons)
Noel au 24 Fbg TPF.jpg
And yes, if you don't have much yellow, remember that pastels are welcome this week too!
My new-to-me Les Amazones! (with touches of yellow)

Thank you for the introduction to this week's bright and happy colour, ABQ2ATL! Your Traité des Armes is beautiful, especially against a dark top. :) Like you, I admire @lanit 's ability to wear H silk "sunshine", and looking forward to everyone's yellows and pastel scarves.

Oh my how lovely!! You should definitely wear yellow very often! [emoji307]

Love this week's theme but did, unfortunately, not have sufficient time to copy your beautiful ideas  and experiment creatively... :girlsigh: So just some more small beauties from the archives:
My second gavroche (sorry, do not know the name...) with a silver belt buckle from Scotland:

I'm dying here!
Love love love your Traite, and didn't you find the perfect way to hide the hem and show those cute French behinds!!? Brava.
Carrosserie is just gorgeous! Never even seen this before, and you are pulling off the yellow with great flair.
Amazones. Sigh.

Ooh! Love that unnamed one with the silver buckle (scurries off to check if she has anything similar to replicate that look...)

Taking the bus toSt Pauls to see the Giocometti exhibition at Tate Modern.
Sangles en Zigzag is so useful, it segues into a casual outfit in a kinda cool way [ she hopes!]

DH bought this in H Mexico City , crazy man…prices so much higher there, I wasn't overwhelmed by the pattern at first but now I reach for it all the time as it ties so nicely and goes with everything without being matchy.
That bit of lemon yellow lifts the whole thing.
