I'm stretching (minimizing?) the Little Silks theme. These are my tiniest silks. Made by H for a doll. I had to shanghai a couple of DS2's menagerie to be my models. Presenting the 9 inch square BdG. I've included a comparison shot with a 90cm. Utterly cute and... ummm... unwearable by me

This looks lovely. I so agree. I divested of my gavroches for this reason. I thought I would wear them in the summer but I really don't. Some of my 70s will be the next to go. When the temperature rises I love a large format draped loosely in a bias fold. Added bonus that i don't need to carry a cardigan for the cold air conditioning. I can just unfold and drape it across my shoulders.

And that's a perfectly fine solution to the summer problem too! Moussies!

This ZP moussie does look easier to wear, @scarf1 . Beautiful on you!

@Pocketbook Pup , good point on the versatility of a larger format worn draped in a bias fold when it's hot outdoors but the a/c in buildings is full blast indoors.

And I find H cotton scarves refreshing -- so I also look in the men's collection for such.
