Off-theme since I didn't have a chance to wear any scarves at all this week (there was a stiff breeze most days and I didn't want silk flying through the fields where they were bringing in the onion harvest ). So instead, here are 3 brightly coloured windows from the Taipei airport H ...

where I finally found a CLF at last (I asked "gavroche?" "pochette?" and finally tried in Mandarin "16 inch scarves?" and the lightbulb went on above the three SAs) Windfall! The only one left so I didn't even have to think! Lucky for me as DH only gave me 30min to trawl dutyfree before we had to scramble for our Hello Kitty flight home.

What a week we had with Happy, Bright, and Colorful scarves! Thanks to all who contributed photos -- momasaurus, lanit, and bunnycat were High Achievers this week, but we had some great pix from litchi, Pautinka, Sickgrl13, xincinsin, Hermes Nuttynut, ElainePG, CanuckBagLover, Bunnycat, Hat Trick, Croisette7, orchard, Miskin, FizzyWater, Scarf1, Moirai, HermesHope, and papertiger. New-to-me contributors were Lovely_bag, grapegravity, Mininana, glamour724, ninakt, princessmaggie, jneshops, pinkiestarlet, ksuromax, and ehy12,
And thanks to FizzyWater for another link to identifying the silhouettes in Les Amoureux de Paris!
Keep those "likes" coming!

Yay xincinsin!!! :drinks: So glad you found one! Love the blue one!

managed to sneak a pic at the Bellagio store... looks to be a great scarf wearing idea with the mors ring

Wow, Fab41 -- this is great! I hereby christen this the "Bellagio knot"

The scarf is Parure de Samourais (and in case you care, this knot wrinkles the scarf within minutes).

Oh this is marvelous Fab41 and ABQ! (ABQ, I admit as soon as I saw the mors, I thought "gonna have to go try that one". :coolio:

Thank you, one of my faves.

Actually, this thread is so wonderful, as I hunt for pictures of scarves I catch myself thinking "oh I love that, must wear, oh yes, I love that too, and that one, must find and wear that one too". And that's just my own set. Looking at others' just lets m know there are so many amazing H-scarves.

Quite a few of my desperate hunts for scarves have started thanks to members' postings here - I's say you are collectively guilty of my time and money spent hunting elusive treasures - but then again, I owe you a lot when it comes to gaining silky beauty into my life :-)

30 Apr 2017 ARTIST: ANNIE FAIVRE

Now it’s Annie Faivre Week
And I’m an Annie Faivre geek!
Monkeys in the nooks and crannies--
Oh, that scarf is one of Annie’s!

Here’s a list of Annie’s treasure--
34 years she’s brought us pleasure.
For this year’s quiz just look below,
A link is posted: one, two, three, go!
http://hymneauxcarres.blogspot.com/search/label/Annie Faivre (scroll down to find the quiz on the monkeys found on Au Fil de Carres...there are hints!)

Like many of you, my first H scarf was by Annie Faivre -- though I didn't realize it until I became a collector! Although I have more of Annie's designs than anyone else's, and I love the ones I have, I don't love every scarf she designed. In fact, I've had to swear a vow not to buy a scarf I don't adore just because it's one of Annie's!
jneshops gave us a nice link to Carre de Paris and an AF discussion https://carredeparis.me/2015/11/11/annie-faivre-a-modern-hermes-legend/
and Tango Tosca started a lovely thread on Annie Faivre a few years ago -- I updated the list from there:
