And so sorry yours didn't work for you. I love this pattern so much, I doubled up with the dark navy/white that is framed over my bed half the year. A dear friend has the muted dark green/greige which is so beautiful on her. It's a wonderful design.Essiedub, I love this pattern for the exact reason you mention: it's watery, painterly quality. It's a deceptively simple design. And thanks for the shout out to my beloved robe hook!
