Ooooo, Momasaurus! I knew you had some neutrals somewhere! This looks great---the gray is soft and subdued, but the cranberry with your matching lipstick is fabulous!

Yes, I actually do have a few neutrals - just have been so busy!!! Thank you for your sweet words.
Oh- these are such great looks on you for this scarf!
Thanks, bunny!
You have amazing CdVs, this one is a stunner.
Thank you! It always surprises me.

Though I haven't been able to pay close attention this week, I wanted to share my love of neutrals (which seems to be growing after looking at everyone's beauties) and show you Peinture Fraiche. It looks great with a true white but it's such a chilly, dreary day, wool sweaters jumped out of the closet. It's been a very enabling week!

This is great! I've never seen PF in this CW. I had the purple/pink one, but we did not really get along. Yours is lovely!

This theme is so interesting! Like many here, I wash out in pale neutrals, and have to brighten them up with a piece of clothing or other accessory (nice job @ninakt!). Here's my pale Carnaval on gray and on cranberry: View attachment 3651923View attachment 3651925
Bright is better, right?
Thank you moma, for your nice compliment
You have given us a perfect example, how a scarf can change an outfit. I have been wondering, why I have been lately so into these carres? Of course they are always beautiful but maybe it is that, they are so much more for dressing, like a man's tie. A simple outfit, like a white blouse and a navy dress, changes a lot, combined with a different scarf, even more, than just changing a handbag. So, with less money, you will get so much more possibilities for your wardrobe, instead buying a bag.So I am buying a few more scarfs for me, kind of building a capsule scarf collection espc. for workoutfits. I have made a promise though, if I don' t wear activelly scarfs, I don't get to buy. It is just that, the silk is really addicting on my neck, now that I have been an active scarf wearer, I feel naked without.I had years a few scarfs abandent in my closet, what a shame actually.

I love this Peinture Freiche in this colorway JRTGal! So watery and ties so well in both methods. Funny how your red hook adds a nice little punch!

You look lovely, moma! I prefer the cranberry ensemble, but like both combi. I tried using my neutrals this week and totally over-achieved in the washed-out department  :annoyed:. So they are staying art-in-a-box till I get the hang of this from admiring everyone else. I'll give it another whirl in June (white scarves) or Aug (one design, diff cw)

I also had a few moments and had fun taking some pictures. :biggrin:Thank you for letting me share again. This week has been so much fun! :flowers:

First Les Giraffes, then Tapis Persians, Couvetures, collection imperiales( I am not 100% certain of this name) and finally Kelly en perles. :flowers:

I have seen so many beautiful scarves this week, my wish list has doubled!

Twins on the Kelly en Perles, it is simply a georgeous scarf :-)

How right you are. Great news about building a capsule collection! I also feel naked without a scarf! (and I don't like drafts and cold air).

Thank you, xincinsin! You know how I worry sometimes that I wear too many clown colors. Sometimes I just want peace and quiet around my neck!
