My refrigerator DIED. Completely needs replacing. Four Shawls.
My Heater/AC unit went out. DIED. Completely needs replacing. Six Shawls.

But I have THIS Shawl on today---first time wearing---I can live out of ice chests and wear sweat shirts, eh?

Not the best pic but had to share. Belles du Mexique GM

Oh Sparkle. So sorry to hear about your fridge and Ac/Heater unit. A 10 shawl setback is devastating. I've been there too. Oh a bright note, your BdM looks beautiful on you and looks like is keeping you warm. Maybe it's best not to do anymore H math or else you will go cray cray.:cray::cray:

Love this look! Is this a summer-weight GM twill? I have a few of those and I haven't had them long enough to have needed to wash them yet, so I'm glad to hear that that weight of silk might do well in the wash....

Oh yes, my AN shown is a 140 weight summer twill. It washes beautifully.

Yes, MYH, the jacquard is holly leaves, and those are sleigh bells, so there is a bit of a fun disconnect wearing PINK during winter holiday season. Florasun - not sure if it's minty green or sea-foam. There are about 3 different greens. Here's a pic of the jacquard and the greens.

I love the disconnect of holiday and pink. It makes it even more special IMO:D

It looks marvelous on you sparklelisab!:D. Sorry to hear of your breaking appliances. Just to comeserate with you....Some of what has died in the last month and a half....heater, hot water heater, car, septic system, ADT system, modem, I pad, I phone.....And, each time I am ready to go make purchases at H;( It sounds like we never do maintenance on our items. Which is sooo not true:roflmfao:
