Ladybaga (we're twins on Photo Finish) and scarf1....thanks for adding a few St. Pat's selections to the thread. I love the ACdV and am waiting on one of the "neutral" ones. No one does color like the big H so it's hard for me to actually follow through with my plan to go "neutral and pastel" this spring...very hard.

Consider aucoeur in CW 21. That is the icy blue one. color but in a soft pastel more monochromatic way...

micheldietlin: I enjoyed your pictures of your handsome scarf "in action." I'm not always good at getting the design correct on a folded scarf but the reds and greys are perfect with your sweater, slacks and great boots. Nicely done!

Neutral and pastel?? OrangeAddiction say it ain't so?? This SS'14 we are spoiled for colours!! I implore you to pick up at least ONE outstanding beauty!

Oh.....I do know that I'm in trouble this season and you ladies are not making it any easier......I will eventually cave......I know I will....and thanks for encouraging me to do so! There hasn't been one scarf I haven't liked and the colorways are sensational.

the first knot is called Papillon and I found it on Maitai's picturebook. Actually the second one is also from Maitai. Her website is full of ideas so I go there quite often for inspiration

This is such a good season for scarves - both in designs and colors. I know I'll continue to enjoy seeing the scarves IRL posted here for all of us to experience. I don't suppose many of the boutiques order every scarf in every colorway so this and a few other threads will be the only place I'm likely to see many of them up close!

My personal thanks to everyone who's posted their little treasures in this thread as well as pictures and pages from other sites on the web.

I'm still to buy a scarf ring (that looks like ring) so have more knots to try later. Now I'm playing with my chaine d'ancre style scarfrings.
Maitai actually has a number of knots for plisses as well and I really love her way to wear them.
