Silkies - my eyes are in motion from all the recent eye candy. I have so many pages to scroll back and see everyone's beautiful silks. What a terrific week it has been.

Wanting to debut a new to me H piece that arrived this afternoon. Massai Cut PM for an H angel in Texas, Kermit Oliver's King Ranch silk with all the animals in motion :cloud9::heart:

Oh lanit that bag was made for you! Congrats on your new goodies.

Oh Silkies, you know how it is. You walk into Hermes needing "nothing" except a CDC and/or a Birkin and you know that's not going to happen, so you go over to the silk counter--just to look. Bam. Dead. This is my newest Moussie. I think I am triplets with Charming Chestnutty and Fabulous Anfang. To remain on theme, kinda, my favorite "motion" is dance. Then comes transportation of horse and of course, the best goat on an Hermes scarf---even better than Axis Mundi.

This is gorgeous, lisa, you look stunning!

Divine, sparklelisab!
You've overtaken me in the mousse department!

I love to trade scarves with my GFs. Here's what I received for a Pony Express I never wore:

Young roosters in motion on an ancient Jeunes Coqs, one photo of the carré taken together with my yellow vintage Courcheval CDC, another with it tied around my vintage neck:

This is striking, markova, and paired with your CDC - to die for!

Even better! Still jelly! :smile1:

Scarf babes, Friday is Arbor Day so I am wearing a scarf from H's great Year of the Tree (1998) - Songe de Poliphile. There is even some action, um, I mean MOTION in there too.:smile1:

seton, you always pull out these rare bird silks that have me completely intrigued...once again, this is fabulous!

wot a fabu find! congrats! I really like it on you.

Oh, just saw how to do it. I've been trying to match my earrings this week too. Don't own enough earrings.

Lovely. I have a special fondness for L'Atlantide. The birds in the border and the corners are my fave part of the scarf.

Of course! this is for you, dear Lanit, with a kiss from here :sunshine:

Unusual goldenrod cw. You look great! Phaeton has been done a few times, all pre-copyright, which is why it is slightly easier to find than other scarves of that vintage in the secondary market.

Hello everyone! I've been AWOL, but still think about you and try to follow the theme at least once a week :)
The big change is coming fast and we now have our visas. My phone, my main way to follow the forum is in repair and the replacement phone they gave me in the meantime is torturing me (blurry pictures, apps shutting down all the time).

Thanks to Jahna ;) I'm currently eye-ing a red Orgauphone, although I can't buy it because nobody wants my mousseline ;)

Ladybaga, I have been following your gorgeousness on the SS 2014 scarves thread and am seriously considering a peach lift pendant. Danger!

Birkinmary, LeDoux is my favorite designer, too and I greatly enjoyed your pictures. We're "related" on Attelage, Reprise and Jumping.

Lanit, beautiful and very useful bag and that stunning KO!

My Easter outfit was on chromatic week. I found a set of rings at H&M (4,95€!), and used them on La Vie du fleuve.
Maybe I'll go back to the store and buy the same set in gold and silver ;)

Congratulations on your new Massai Cut, it's beautiful and "very you", I love the way you've paired it with Oliver's King Ranch, unfortunately I missed it which makes me sad as I've got most of Oliver's designs, I hope I'll find it some day. Enjoy those beauties, they look great on you.

As promised, here you are the b&w Phaeton:

Do you think it would be cheating to use the same scarf again for motion week? ;) people are actually walking and sailing on the river.

Or I could just pick my all time favorite: Point d'orgue. Playing the organ with hands and feet is not always easy ;) and did you know that before electricity, people had to work on bellows? This was the only way to send air in the pipes and allow the organist to play.
