I am late to the Annie-to-Aline transition (I did bring an Aline with me but not wearing it today). But here are three recent Annie Faivre "brights" I have added:
Chemins de Corail; Rêve de Corail; Art des Steppes

@LKBNOLA, surprise! We are twins on the Sézane marinière! No twinning or even a sibling relation on your scarves though. A gorgeous selection!

Sharing my only giant triangles, what else but, Tulipomanie! This Aline Honore is the first design I have purchased in more than one color way. I was a little intimidated by the brilliant colors of the silk release a few years back; I loved them all but, thought they were too bright for me. Ha! Now I'm considering one of those super cute 45s. This is how it begins.

Thank you, Redbird. For me, it's more a problem of cords and ropes, I don't like them very much on me. And then there's the title. I dislike everything relating to war and battle, and what else is a Samurai than a warrior? Well well, sensitivities, I know. But it's truly a jewel of a scarf.
I get this @darkstar66. I got my sister version of Parures de Samourais in 2017 when I was recovering from Moh's surgery for melanoma on my neck and needed to keep my neck well protected from the sun. I thought of myself as a bit of a warrior at that time too, though my favourite parts of the design are the tassels in the corners!

Your triangle is so lovely in both colors.

Oh my this is stunning on you! Yes it certainly has such detailing and shading and colors. I feel this is seen less and less as we go on in seasons which makes it a jewel nowadays for sure. It is my top jewel in my collection based on just that fact. Unlike you I have a tie to the Samourais in that my children are half Japanese and have their ancestral Samourais sword. So it was one I had to have in my collection if for that reason alone. I, like you, rarely wear mine. But for me it’s that I don’t want to stain it or ruin it in any way so they stay in a drawer most of the time. Similar to my marbles that way. So beautiful that I admire rather than wear all the time. I reach for so many other silks than those. I hope to acquire all the colorways some day haha. The colorway you and I share is my favorite in the 90’s :hbeat:
Here are mine…so far

Oh me oh my thissssssss is the best!! Awesome matching! Which colorway is this? Do you have a flat pic?

Love this colorway! Stunning
Thank you Nomad and I see that this design has a completely other meaning for you. Your collection is breathtaking. Nevertheless you should wear them, if only for special occasions, as on Sundays only...😁

You have an unusually good sense for what looks great on you, and I am in awe daily of how spectacular your scarves look on you! In this case I think your discriminating eye has identified something that makes this scarf more of an A- on you instead of an A+. Like if maybe the scale were a bit smaller and the colors were like 10 percent different, that would make it an A+ and you'd wear it more often?
What a very kind comment, dear Tea. 💜 And you are right concerning the scale. 02, the pastel one, would perhaps look better on me, the design elements wouldn't pop that much. I see that CoastalCouture has this.

You definitely get an A for🧣 style! Lovely colors and design!
I am several days behind in this week's wonderful and colorful theme. Thank you @Jereni for reminding me that scarves I have in regular rotation are, in fact, grails for some people. I can finally contribute with two Aline Honore's from the archives.

Hello and good morning,
I think it's time for Alice, no? I started to buy H scarves in 1991, for quite some years, and then I took a looong leave of absence from H. I don't know why exactly, I was perhaps a bit fed up, thought the designs to be too bourgois or classic/tedious for me and anyway, I was more into other designers then, two swiss ones which seemed more exciting and modern to me (and which have disappeared meanwhile!). Then, in 2014, there was this back cover on the seasonal scarves booklet H used to issue at that time. 17306.webpI was fascinated. Went to the boutique and bought my first H scarf in over 10 years. Had no idea who the designer was, but I know now! 😁17296.webp17303.webp17305.webp

Contrasting my fuchsia top with my most chartreuse plants 😆 The hot pink accents in my scarf help tie it in with the shirt. View attachment 6214805

Oh @Cookiefiend I love seeing your sarasa. You enabled me so much :hbeat:

Each way you’ve tied it, is just gorgeous - I especially like the zebra skirt pairing!
