I'm wearing a 90 from one of my favorite artists today. This is Ugo Gattoni's Le Grand Prix du Faubourg.
Which colorway are you considering? Honestly you might get more flexibility out of this design than I do. I don’t like the way this scarf looks on me in a basic bias fold/knot - something about the colors/scale of the flowers bugs me unless I’ve got it tied to show more of the black edges.
Thank you very much, dear Maedi. I'm also very happy for both of them. The cat will have become a little different, however, now that he has seen and discovered the outside world. My friend from the animal protection association and shelter will be in touch with his proprietor to advise him and make sure that everything turns out well for the cat.
The carre opened up many more wearing possibilities once I learned a few more ways of tying it for everyday wear. I’m very grateful to this thread for all the ingenious knitting ideas. SOTD is Le Marche du Zambeze.
Good afternoon! I’ve finally got a moment to sit down - a day of errands that included a visit to the DMV (my new license photo looks like I’ve just escaped prison but decided to pop in for a quick photo-op 
), the vet for sweet Coco, the grocery store twice (coz apparently I just can’t get enough), the hardware store and the post office - now it’s time to relax!
So I truly love the 90s, they are unparalleled for variety of design and color… some scarves even have every color of the rainbow smooshed into just 90cm - how does H do it? Even more - how do we decide?
That is a question for another day - tho we are supposed to be ‘deciding’ our favorite format - it can’t be done!!!
But I digress - again.
So - we decided on the day’s favorite - but then we have to decode on what to wear with it. We can be lovely, and chic, coordinated and elegant - like our sweet @Jereni (gosh that was a fab outfit), or we can be… a Pattern Matching Colorful Attempter
There’s fortunately room for both (tho I struggle with the Chic Crowd)!
What better way to celebrate Hump Day, than with a lil pattern fun?

I wonder if you’d love it in the necklace bova knot @LKBNOLA turned us onto. It will show the black wrapped around a bit as is, or if vary the folding in the beginning to show more black you’d get more black.

My current format love affair is the CSGT - Tulipomanie has joined the scarf cabinet last Christmas but has gotten more necktime than some long term residents.

Today I am wearing a nice, cool scarf necklace! This is a great option when the weather bounces between hot, humid and breezy. My scarf is off my neck and will not flap around.

What a wonderful cat-tale @darkstar66 - happy to hear the kitten is back where it belongs!!
We sometime have cats visiting the jungle here at the cabin, only one time one even entered the kitchen. If it had just handled some of the mice, while it was here….
We occasionally have deer in the garden, and once a fox had its way with one of the neighbour’s chickens in the middle of the ‘lawn’. Feathers everywhere.
And then off course that one glorious morning when we were visited by a kangaroo. A mystery never to be solved.
I managed to wear Apaloosa for a brief grocery expedition, I love how the washed and preloved fabric is so soft compared to crisp new scarves.
Wish you a relaxing evening!
