Other than blue and lavender, orange is a major color I tend to gravitate towards in scarves. I don’t wear many orange tops, so it must be that orange tones pair well with colors I like. As with most, I think, I am very particular about the shade of orange. Usually it has to lean pink.

Today with Duo Cosmique. I struggle to style this with my wardrobe sometimes but I am happy today.

All fabulous Jereni! My fab is your Brazil.

Simply glorious Croisette!
Thank you for a lovely week of Favorite Scarves in Favorite Colors, @Cookiefiend. It has been a great week, and I'm so happy to see all the Under the Waves in all their amazing colors coming out. Wow! I'm ending with another Alice Shirley in a favorite colorway.

Here is my fifth Appaloosa pony and it is the bright colorway that I wanted all along.

This red-hemmed Appaloosa des Steppes is my scarf of the day.

Another beautiful collage - I especially love your De La Mer au Ciel!
Ending out the week with one more look. Today it's the bright side of Brandebourgs Fleuri. So many colours to play with. I finally settled on the knotted necklace look.

So much fun!
But today - is another gray, chilly, and rainy day. Ordinarily I would chose a colorful scarf, but today I am choosing a favorite scarf in a favorite but unsung color - brown.
Brown doesn’t seem to be much a favorite color, but it is so beautiful - it’s the color of my eyes, the color of chocolate, and the color of the earth we walk on and share with the world.
So - kudos to brown!

Hello and good morning,
So this is my most loved scarf and in my absolutely favourite cw. If I were allowed to have only one scarf, it would be this one. It is bold but also serene, it is fresh and joyful, it goes with every colour and outfit, it can be styled quite differently because the design is balanced and has various styling elements. Twins with many if you, I can think of @bunnycat , @Marta_K , @Ladybaga and many more, it is so popular. My little story behind: when I quit my office job 7 years ago, I was gifted many things, and among them I received a big, fat envelope with money my work collegues from the offices and production had collected as a farewell gift. The amount was sufficient to buy this scarf, a precious memory for me for the good companionship and support I had had the pleasure to experience for more than 20 years. Please let me present: Jaguar Quetzal!View attachment 6154193View attachment 6154194View attachment 6154195
It’s a beauty of a scarf and a special memory of your colleagues and work.

It's spring release time in my little AVA neighborhood so it's a busy weekend of tasting some of the goodies and indulging in more cheese than usual. Felt like a million bucks living it up at one event last night in my O.G. CSGM L'Arbe du Vent by Monet Lugo. This was my first splurge and the true beginning of the slide down the slippery slope of all things H. 10 years later and still loved with all my heart forever! Monet Lugo's second design Jaguar Colibri was a long 8 year wait later. Hopefully her third will come sooner!

Before 3 hours of drinking wine and eating cheese:

And after...

That I somehow made it up for a long lap swim this morning at 5:30am means I earned more cheese today and probs one more vino.

Here's a link to her artist's page for L'Arbe du Vent featuring her original artwork submitted to Hermes:

Here's to a colorful week's end!
