Orange suits you so well, LKB! esp. in love with your blue Toits!I have heard more than one scarf friend say that Hermès taught them to love the color orange. That certainly rings true for me. I still am careful with this color but I have grown to love its softer side and the spicy colors that land somewhere between pumpkin and squash. I also love it as an accent color, especially with blue! Here's a bit of my orange silk journey 🧡 over the years:
A pre-collecting days scarf gift that remained in its box for a long time. I recently brought it back from my New Orleans re-home pile…
Pique-Fleuri de Provence

On our first post-pandemic appointment at the NJ boutique, DH chose this cw of Mountain Zebra for me over the red one I preferred. He was right! It is a great summer scarf: a perfect accent on white or black as well as stripes and polka dots.

A recent season favorite: Vallee de Cristal

And my SOTD, which I don't think I have ever posted in the two years I have had it! The wonderful Les Toits de Paris, which I have styled with an orange top, a first for me as I generally wear it with blue, grey and stripes but I like amping up the orange this way. I hope y'all agree. Twins with @Pirula, my first enabler, and @Redbirdhermes.

Thank you for letting me share this little trip down my "orange box road" ...
Happy to be your twin!I love this cw. I am so glad you have it @Croisette7!![]()
Thank you so much!Love these! The purple on your Mexique is fabulous and that bright UTW is TDF. I am loving the shading on this Brazil, too. Just lovely @Croisette7.
Thank you Cookie! So soft and calm - thank you for sharing it with us!
Thank you so much!
We managed to get one cooler filled, and one ‘sorted’ but not inventoried. One more to go, and inventory both.
Beautiful!
Such a fun scarf!
Truly lovely, and that pop of yellow is so fab!
❤️❤️❤️
Thank you!
Because … animals!
(This is a fun one!)
A sweet pastel, I love it with the pearls!
Two gorgeous and vibrant colorways - both are extraordinary!
Beautifully tied Croisette!
Well - I love them all! I appreciate your ‘journey’ too! I would knot have ever said that orange was a favorite color prior to H, yet now I have literally fallen down the orange slide!
Thank you Redbird! We're moussie twins too. This is the other Under the Waves bright colorway. Nicely paired here with a matching Mexique. Thank you for sharing your beautiful scarves and stylings, Croisette.
Thank you so much, Redbird, your appreciation is very precious to me. 💜What a delight to wake up to your Under the Waves stylings and tribute. All three outfits look amazing on you. This is such a beautiful scarf.
Beautiful colors on you. I especially like the mousseline, since the colors are beautiful and it fits the watery theme so nicely.Thank you @Croisette7, @Cookiefiend and @Redbirdhermes for the orange love! But meanwhile, I think I should join in the Under the Waves inspiration, tributes, and love. I have a watery mousseline, which I adore

And a 90, which is very "quiet" -- perhaps more suited to my New England Bay than Tropical waters! Of course now I am craving a tropical reef bright!

Just fabulous to have both @Redbirdhermes! For some reason I thought you had this 100! It is definitely my brightest scarf and a real fan favorite! It looks great on your deep blue top...Sweet Dreams is a fun design, covered as it is with delightful monsters. This was a men's 100, and difficult to find, so I was delighted when it was released as a giant triangle. I was so disappointed when it did not appear in my country. My attempts to order using a drop box from the Canadian website were met with failure. Apparently, Hermes was on to that, and really, really didn't want to sell me a Sweet Dreams. I finally found a buyer who went to Paris and picked up a Sweet Dreams giant triangle for me.

This scarf is incredibly beautiful, and has lovely colors with a few brights, but it wasn't the bright scarf that I originally fell in love with.

Finally, I lucked into the bright 100 colorway and snapped it off of a reseller site. Yes, this is it.

Sweet Dreams is my bright rainbow-colored scarf of the day. With lots of my favorite color red, of course.

Thank you! I am definitely looking at that 90 with "placeholder" ????s in my eyes. Your new one is cw 01, I believe? Love the brights and the turtle's color on this cw...Beautiful colors on you. I especially like the mousseline, since the colors are beautiful and it fits the watery theme so nicely.
A beautiful tie for it-- I have never seen both tassels in front like this @CoastalCouture! I agree-- there were so many beauties. I guess that is why I started with two and have just kept adding and adding every chance I get! This one is particularly graceful and lovely. The blues near your face with this tie are *chef's kiss* !Good morning! As promised to @LKBNOLA, here is my Purures de Samourais, in an unusual knot for me to show both of the silky green tassels and a bit of rosy pink. I recall that when shopping for this scarf, there were lots of different colourways to choose from. It wasn't the design colours that dominated the decision so much as finding the one with the best background colour to flatter the complexion.

A beautiful post @Katharina Luise -- just look at that blue sky! I love your bright orange Plumes, congratulations! It is a real orange beauty and flatters you so well with the colors. Love the hem, too. So surprisingToday I started obviously with the same longing for something bright orange like @LKBNOLA 😂 My new to me Plumes en Fête with a lot of colors!
It is a beautiful spring day and my garden produces the first tulips!🌷 View attachment 6153899View attachment 6153900View attachment 6153901
Both magnificent, but your mousseline is a dream! 😍 One of the most wonderful designs ever. All of the creatures seem to be enjoying their life, and look at that turtle!Thank you @Croisette7, @Cookiefiend and @Redbirdhermes for the orange love! But meanwhile, I think I should join in the Under the Waves inspiration, tributes, and love. I have a watery mousseline, which I adore
