Welcome back, @bunnycat, for multiples week. I'm going to begin this week with a multiple showing ocean life.

I looked for Alice Shirley's Under the Waves for some time before finding a brand new mousseline at a price I couldn't say no to.

View attachment 5622490

But, I kept on looking for a 90 and recently found this beauty.

View attachment 5622491

I wouldn't mind, however, adding more colorways of this design, so I think that my scarf journey here is not yet complete.

SOTD is Under the Waves.

Oh boy, stunning on the gray and with your necklace. This look is so soft and beautiful. And that green top w the moussie is wow perfection too. The scarf shines against it

happy birthday to sweet doggy and many more to come. Your blue scarves are beautiful.

Oh, he’s marvelous! Look at that face. And looking very dapper in his carré. A heart-stealer.

Oh, and Happy Birthday, Teddy Bear!

Oh, my goodness. Look at these heartbreakers! I going to have to do a doggie mod shot, I can see that! And @Cookiefiend, love the ELeK ( we are twins, too!).

Cheers to the birthday-boy and beautiful Coco!
Local goddess Nika (she will be 15 in January) joins the supermodels’ club:

A beautiful blue showcase you had! (And psst- there ain't no one here who is going to call you out putting a scarf on your precious baby! We're most likely encourage you to do it again! )
Thank you @Maedi @Karenska @LKBNOLA @Stylehound @bunnycat, and to everyone else for the likes and loves. Bol (short for Bolivar) says ‘thank you’ too, and sends puppy-snuggles to all of you, and to your furry companions, too!

What lovely scarves and lovely ties to showcase, Lellebelle. Marv. Twins twice with blue wolf PC and Zebra Pegasus. I should try your necklace weaving with my onyx and ss lariat. I might be able to achieve similar results. Your TR df is absolutely stunning and so is SD.
Yay, twin! :hugs:I have enjoyed your mod pics of our ZP so much, and am delighted to be your twin.
The necklace weaving is so easy: any long piece would work. Just put both scarf and necklace on as normal, then loop one through the other a couple of times until you get the result you like. I like it with pearls, as there’s nothing to snag and they are such a classic combo with silk. The onyx and ss lariat sounds gorg, please do share a pic if you try it!

Awww you are so sweet @Lellabelle! I have fun with my silky treasures and I know you do too! Love the idea of the necklace as anchor and that second tie with the beautiful petal of the other side showing is masterful!
Thank you! Honestly, that collage was a masterpiece. Like one of those IQ puzzles where you have to complete the mathematical or graphical sequence. I totally squeeee’d over how perfectly you captured the progression of knots!

How special to have that association between your mother, the scarf and your heirloom @Lellabelle.
thank you. Blue was her favourite colour, and I can see that show through in many of my choices too. She was also the originator of my love for scent, so I carry her with me.

Ooooh, these are great @Lellabelle. We are twins and sisters-- twins on Space Derby and sisters on LPC and TR-- that blue wolf is amazing! Lovely knots for each, too.
Always a pleasure to twin with you, Nola! Your mod shots influenced a couple of these, I am sure! Your orange TR is glorious.

And Space Derby has become one of my very favourite designs ever. Enough so, that I‘m always keeping an eye out for more. I narrowly missed a red earlier in the year (t wasn’t meant to be, alas). I‘m even tempted to search for a back up for the blue, which I have so far NEVER been tempted to do for any design. I do love it so. If any eagle eyed TPFers happen upon a well priced one, please do let me know!

Guten Morgen Scarflandia!

I see y'all are still going big and strong with the blues! Thanks to all for the wonderfully BLUE week! So many beauties surfaced for the week. It was a pleasure.

Feel free to continue on with it as I think many of you will have plenty of opportunity for this with Segue Sunday.

Many of you have designs you loved and a color you adore (blue - or ???) so how many of these blue favorites will also make it in to this week's theme of multiples? :roflmfao:

02 Oct 2022 I’m Not In Love: Scarves you tried in vain to resist, and total capitulation – the multiples!

In the earlier days of my scarf collecting, I tried my best to instill a "no multiples" rule. Only one of any design, or any format. Well, the first two go away was the part about not having a multiple in a different format, and of course, it was a just a matter of time before the entire thing fell apart. I don't remember (without looking waaaaay back in my files) which one broke my rules first. But I do remember the first time I tried in vain to resist and couldn't. That was Jaguar Quetzal. I meant to only buy the one, but noooooope... I could never ever get the second one I liked out of my head. So, 6 months later I gave in and hunted down the purple one.

My first Chorus Stellarum when it showed up on H dot com in July.

View attachment 5622427

And here we are, less than 2 months later, with the second one. This is actually the orginal one I wanted whereas the first one I bought was my "just in case I can't find another" piece, and couldn't get out of my head. The mod shots I saw made me fear the border wouldn't work on me, and that the greens wouldn't be bright enough...

CS CW 08 as soon as I found it. I hesitated about 15 seconds and gave in. Glad I did.

So go ahead and dedicate this week to the ones you love....the multiples! (I'll give you a double bonus if they are multiples and in blue too if you are a blue lover...just for kicks.. )
great intro, Bunny. I can totally understand why you went for multiples of these. It is the sensible and rational choice!

I love your new CS on you, by the way. It was made for you!

:party:Fab intro Bunny!:party:This is my kind of week!!:giggle: You may not know that I started my scarf collection as the exact opposite of Bunny. My thought (as quoted from me:giggle:) was if I found a design I liked tied I would buy it in as many colours that worked with my wardrobe, thereby:smartass:eliminated the need to constantly:rolleyes:search for suitable scarves in the coming years. This strategy was an epic failure:facepalm:only leading to a much larger collection of scarves under a guise of ease:lol: In hindsight:thinkin:I should have made more than one rule!!:lol:Kicking off my multiples with Les Artisans. I also have a love of Japanese themed scarves too:laugh::laugh:IMG_3634.jpeg

I didnt get many chances for scarf wearing this week on theme. The below collage has the scarves in my ‘blue drawer’. For whatever reason they all speak “blue” to me ( acte would go in a ‘green drawer’ due to SO much green in it, if I had a green drawer haha ) View attachment 5622497
Two70’s in my blue drawer ( tho chorus being new to me might go in ‘pink drawer’)
View attachment 5622534
Next are the softer blues in my ‘pastel/lights drawer’. I have told myself to not buy any more light blue bc I don’t wear the color much.

View attachment 5622498
I have some blue multiples for crossover. I hope can get a scarf worn today for the crossover fun!
:laugh:I feel you may have a need for a green drawer, you don't want your lone "green" to be lonely:angel::whistle::laugh:
Your jardin de Leila is fabulous! Such great colors combined in there! Another great H colour combo!:flowers:

Good Morning! I am closing out the week with my most on-theme option. A scarf with the moon (which governs tides-- hence ocean), planets AND it is blue: Clair de Lune making its way from dark to light :giggle: Thank you to everyone and most of all to @bunnycat for graciously hosting us even when she was battling a sinus infection and a long to-do list! The blues this week were celestial, watery, bold and utterly beautiful... :flowers: :flowers: :flowers:

Edited to do this as a collage and to credit @Yoon daily scarf for the "Vertical Chain d'Ancre Knot" tutorial.
Loved seeing this in all its chameleon beauty! This is brilliant to do w a scarf to see how you like it best.
Love everything about this! Love the hair, love the earrings, love the collage, love the styling, love the shaded background, love the lippie, love the scarf ring, love the DF ties, love the crisp black and whites, love the alternating, love the progression, love the symmetry, love the smile!
And, of course, love the scarf, sister ;)

Love your necklace with this. I am a big fan of two sided jewelry ha. And so wonderful to see the two sides displayed so differently.

Awesome outfit w the scarf. Great to see this new season scarf!
Last blue installment, I promise! First, a Parures des Samourais which is mostly blue. Then my oldest Rencontre Oceane in aqua, a scarf so soft it feels like a cloud. Tigre du Bengale, look at those fierce eyes! Actually, I wouldn't dare wear it this way out in public... Then for fun the beasties of Epopee d'Hermes. Then a blue/pink CW of Acte, Brides de Gala en finesse mouss and finally a Libris exceptionel, I love the the little bleu electrique dots. Put them up as thumbnails, it feels a bit overwhelming to have all full-size images.

Brilliant use of your necklace. Will try it sometime for sure. And you are making me fall in love more w my derby. It is an amazing piece. gorgeous. I have always been interested by bollides and the graphic border and pretty flowers on the edges. But I only ever see the bolder black and red. This colorway is absolutely beautiful!! Perfect necklace accompaniment. I do love that chants too. I bought it and returned. It came out SO early in the Season that I decided to wait for more of the season to come out, and figured I could zero in on a chants later. Well, all my cw‘s of designs I wanted the most never came to the US so I think I only ended up getting one 90 last season. But chants still haunts me to get. Sometime I will rectify. And there is one of your gorgeous tigre.
