Thank you so much @Forever Orange! It was a very effective distraction to work my way through every one of beautiful Mai Tai's knots during the pandemic! And then to learn so many other creative ties, drapes and knots from the lovely scarfies here. The knots pictured are Criss-Cross Slide using a shawl ring for a 90, Waterfall Knot and Papillon Knot-- all from the Scarf Art App.

Yes, that’s a 90. In diagonal bias. He is enormous (nearly 200 lbs). A giant, sweet teddy bear who will be 12 years old this week. I love him with all my heart
And, before anyone calls scarf social services, this was an evilBay purchase that sadly turned out to be a fake. The situation was resolved, I got my money back, and puppy got a scarf of his own(yes, I can laugh about it now, but it was no fun at the time).

Here's a Door Update, fresh off the press...We still have no front door delivered. It was supposed to come with the patio door. Then we were told we were supposed to "pay" for delivery of the front door.
But the back door had no delivery fee..... So we go round and round on the phone, with Lowe's refusing to deliver the door, which is marked "installer pick up" and the installer (a subcontractor of Lowes) saying they don't do pick ups....Finally, less than half an hour ago, a man in the back at Lowes calls and say "Why hasn't this door been delivered to you? And MrBcat says "You know, we have been asking the very same question..."So now we are hoping attempt number 3 will be good on Tuesday, and hopefully the rest will roll along as it should for the installation...
Perhaps the door delivery just needed a case of.... Multiples?

02 Oct 2022 I’m Not In Love: Scarves you tried in vain to resist, and total capitulation – the multiples!
In the earlier days of my scarf collecting, I tried my best to instill a "no multiples" rule. Only one of any design, or any format. Well, the first two go away was the part about not having a multiple in a different format, and of course, it was a just a matter of time before the entire thing fell apart. I don't remember (without looking waaaaay back in my files) which one broke my rules first. But I do remember the first time I tried in vain to resist and couldn't. That was Jaguar Quetzal. I meant to only buy the one, but noooooope... I could never ever get the second one I liked out of my head. So, 6 months later I gave in and hunted down the purple one.

Nowadays, I have learned a little more when I know I will have to give in to obsession, and when I can "wait it out"

And here we are, less than 2 months later, with the second one. This is actually the orginal one I wanted whereas the first one I bought was my "just in case I can't find another" piece, and couldn't get out of my head. The mod shots I saw made me fear the border wouldn't work on me, and that the greens wouldn't be bright enough...
CS CW 08 as soon as I found it. I hesitated about 15 seconds and gave in. Glad I did.

I looked for Alice Shirley's Under the Waves for some time before finding a brand new mousseline at a price I couldn't say no to.
But, I kept on looking for a 90 and recently found this beauty.
I wouldn't mind, however, adding more colorways of this design, so I think that my scarf journey here is not yet complete.
SOTD is Under the Waves.

But, I kept on looking for a 90 and recently found this beauty.

I didnt get many chances for scarf wearing this week on theme. The below collage has the scarves in my ‘blue drawer’. For whatever reason they all speak “blue” to me ( acte would go in a ‘green drawer’ due to SO much green in it, if I had a green drawer haha ) 
Two70’s in my blue drawer ( tho chorus being new to me might go in ‘pink drawer’)
Next are the softer blues in my ‘pastel/lights drawer’. I have told myself to not buy any more light blue bc I don’t wear the color much.
I have some blue multiples for crossover. I hope can get a scarf worn today for the crossover fun!
