Many years ago our family had a blue pet parakeet.
So when I saw this colorway of Perruches by Xavier de Poret, it immediately went onto my wish list.

I have this design entirely because of @Croisette7!I admired it on her and she was kind enough to point me in the right direction. Perfect for New Orleans as we have a tradition of parades featuring umbrellas. Here's a photo headed to a JazzFest event this spring!

Today was an interesting day as I had to pack for a department move. Lots of dust and old papers. SOTD was another great Queen, Zenobia, with some very realistic jewellery.

We’re having family over for dinner and it’s warm outside - so a wee gav is called for!
