Then you will like this. None of my friends are both Star Wars fans as well as French-speaking, so it's a private joke when I wear this :amuse:

Legende Moghole just arrived. O.M.G.!!

Gorgeous LM!

Love this week! My SOTD was La Charmante aux animaux. With a star warrior depicted, and anyway, Sheherazade guides us in the vast universe of phantasy, so on theme, I think.

These are all divine and tied to perfection! I’ve never seen that RdS colorway before - it’s out of this world!
A lot of people in the Star Wars films seem to swan around in kimono like garments, I have noticed so here is Ex Libris en Kimonos!

I’ve never seen this in a moussie - it’s gorgeous!
Stopping in to say May the 4th be with you!

And may you all join with the Scarf Side of the Fourth.

Today with Parures de Samourais for a little Darth Vader armor action.

I am in complete and total awe of the Star Wars knowledge of this group and its ability to unearth Hermes supporting themes in their scarves! This week has been intensely busy for my business, so have had no time to be creative. I will repeat earlier mentioned scarves with two of my favorites, Axis Mundi, in a mouss changeant, and Acte III, where the moon cheekily eyes the world from my neck.

Beautifully smoky AM!

I grew up watching Star Wars and Star Trek as my mom is a space junkie. I can’t emphasize enough the trauma a young child is at risk of sustaining when watching the Wrath of Khan ear worm scene. I have a fair number of scarves that fit these great theme but I love wearing Faubourg Party with this sweater. In thinking about it, the whole scene is a little reminiscent of a huge party at the cantina. Animals and humans mixing, loud music, and little pixelated stars!

Fabulous connection for this week!

May the 4th be with you all, my silken space-mates!

Well, I gave up on my ’Taun Taun entrails’-knot of yesterday, and decided to try again today. I also found Fifi’s instructions for the octopus tie which, combined with Snausages’ super example, gave me the confidence to experiment a little.

Try as I might, I can’t get the entrails to look elegant (I’m finding it as difficult as to bullseye a womp-rat from a T-16!), but with a small modification, was able to make something half-decent that has held up all day.

My minor modification was to start with a folded triangle instead of a rectangle. SOTD is Animopolis, which I hope has enough fantasy fauna to qualify for our trip to outer space this week ;). I’m loving it with the lilac sweater - it’s the first time I’ve paired these together, and I was inspired to try after our colour therapy last week ;)
