Thank you, Magjes - and thrilled you also have found it - please wear it soon!

Thank you, Barbette!

Two great looks, hot galaxy!

Thank you, Croisette!

Thank you, Moma! I agree, the CWs of this design are difficult. I do not like the blue of the border, but as Cookie taught us, there are ways around it.

Perfectly coordinated!

Splendid look with those muted colours and your cardigan, Awillow!

Gorgeous in those colours, Croisette! Love the blue animals...

Great blues, hope those fish do not freeze...

I love your Lettres d'Erevan - the design is top 1 of my wish list.

Yes, we have one, too!

a wonderful cw for this one, Snausages!
Thank you, Agrume!

As @Florasun, I chose Ballet Aquatique for this week, wonderful water acrobatics.

So pretty ... we‘re sisters!

Wednesday's scarf of the day - Alice Shirley's Into the Wild. Happy to have scored this colorway years ago when it first came out. Happy to see all of the wonderful Canadian arctic animals hiding in the design. Happy that the Northern Lights are there in there surreal green glow reminding me of the time I flew them on an Emirates flight over the North Pole. A flight attendant woke us up to ask if my 4 year old daughter and I would like to see them. Yessssss! I will always treasure the long, long view we had and reminisce fondly whenever I wear this. I think I need a better color top to make the colors pop though. Maybe pink! And I desperately need to improve my tying skills, eeeeek.View attachment 5288726View attachment 5288727
Hello twin!

Today’s SOTD - a very happy scarf from last year. Exposition universal is View attachment 5288755
Beautiful, scarf!

It is a 70… The reseller I purchased it from had two available that his wife had gotten as a business gift. I snapped them up immediately… one red and the other one purple… I love to wear them together, too

Feathers always make me happy, too… These are wonderful examples

It is fabulous in this glorious green!

This design ties spectacularly in every CW… Yours is so vibrant and stunning!

Sooo fabulous! Those border patterns are WOW!!

Both are winners!

Such a delightful design and love this CW

One of my top favorite H designs… Wearing it always makes me happy

Oh so incredibly beautiful!

What an amazing CW this is! And I love how you tied it

YASS - perfect for this week!
Whenever I need to lift my spirits, I reach for my L’Arbre du Vent… both my 90 and my shawl which I own in this vibrant fuchsia CW… Such a happy design
View attachment 5288827

And, the riot of colors and patterns of this Voyage du Pytheas also always makes me happy
View attachment 5288828

Must admit that, like @Cookiefiend, feathers make me happy and I find them so festive! Especially Toutsy feathers as in Carnival des Oiseaux… even the title says it’s a carnival! Chosen for the most festive occasions this past year
View attachment 5288829

And, there’s no party like a Flamingo Party… I am obsessed with this festive design, owning several CWs in both 90 and CSGM form… This is my latest one

MMMMMarvelous!!
Is that a pink hem on your PeF? :faint:

CSGM cousins! This CW is wonderfully rich.
I love it @Barbette! Which do you have? Am I remembering correctly the soft pink/grey?
Hahaha, earworm - that is the German word for a catchy tune. Your 12 well-read Leopards is adorable. Did it work as a writing primer?
Same over here @Maedi but with the slightly negative connotation that the tune is too catchy and you can't get it out of your head! Thank you about the Leopards. I love them so much! I gave the students several prompts they seemed to like. We shall see today!
Thanks everyone for the beautiful photos. I have added quite a few new scarves in 2021, all of them make me feel happy. I have spent the last couple of hours, trying on, photographing and evaluating my small collection. This process has enabled me to see the colours and formats missing or overrepresented.
Clair de lune, beautiful free horse frolicking in the moonlight. Hermes tea time, such a happy pair riding the little horse.

I think that pink CDL is my second favorite cw @hotgalaxy! (I am loyal to my black/gold/blue  ). It looks amazing on you. And I too have recently been drawn to hot pinks (since I am on blue-restricted diet  ).
So pretty! I love this one.
Fabulous!!
Thank you dear @momasaurus. I really love those wacky leopards and the bookcase in the scarf looks as messy as mine so...
BWAhahahahaaa! :roflmfao:
Art class was my favorite! This s a gorgeous and striking graphic look! Wow!
Thank you, @Cookiefiend! This was a "black-is-my-kryptonite" impulse buy BUT new with tags and well under retail so I filled my pencil case. I loved gathering art supplies when I was a kid almost as much as actually using them...
After what you and @Living.la.vida.fifi said, I looked around online. There are not many of these available preloved, and I found some sold at $1,200 or more. Yikes! I feel that way about some scarves I missed as well...it seems like you just have to keep watching until they someday turn up (or you become willing to pay up!)
This is so cheery. What a fun scarf!
Thank you @citykitty24 -- I too checked and saw one black DuJA go for $1200 in a day! You look fab in pinks!
I will catch up later today. Not particularly on theme, although wearing scarves makes me happy in general. BdG shadow. Neutrals true to form @Nomad!View attachment 5288522
Good morning, twin! Looking very elegant @Awillow. I adore this BdG-- I think it is my favorite of the three I have...
Thank you, I normally gravitate towards blue, but the Hermes hot pink is truly delicious!!
Same with me @hotgalaxy. My new color-less hair is making e quite adventurous!
Alice Shirley makes me happy! And I’m happy it’s still cold enough to wear cashmeres.

This is such a gorgeous one @Snausages! The one Shirley design I would grab in the larger format. Beautiful on you.
You look wonderful in brights, that's true! Those colors are so joyful and cheerful, they look lovely on you.
Ah, thank you so much @Marie-the-Mary -- I favor neutrals and blues so this TPF adventure has been life changing in many ways! Suddenly I own a growing stack of brightly colored sweaters
 Super duper greens!
Thank you so much @bunnycat! (And @Agrume, too-- don't know where your quote went!)
As @Florasun, I chose Ballet Aquatique for this week, wonderful water acrobatics.

One of my favorite of your amazing collex of 70s @Agrume-- just charming. #1 on my 70 wish list, too.

Beautiful @EtsyBoss! I think it looks great on the forest/pine green top.

So wonderful and happy @scarf1. Just love this design.
It is fabulous in this glorious green!
Thank you @Living.la.vida.fifi -- 12 Leopards looks totally green tied this way but it has an orange/navy side and a lighter side too! So versatile and fun.
Brights always make me happy! Excellent look!
Ah, thank you @Snausages. Not quite in your brights league but I am trying! It helped that the background is black :giggle:
SOTD SE Dans un Jardin Anglais
Stupendous @Croisette7-- and gorgeously tied. It is my favorite of them all. I am so happy to see it on you and flat. A truly special silk. (and my fave scarf ring of yours, too!)
I loved art class and this graphic beauty is gorgeous. My dad drew and painted and I took after him. I still like to sketch but am more into textiles now - knitting, needlework, and I’d like to quilt again.
Lkbnola, you are knockin’ it out of the park, dear friend! And here I have resolved not to buy anything for awhile, then I see something like this (and soooo many others) and I start to dream….
What is it about Hermès’ simple graphics that make me go ? Just a stunningly fun scarf.
Thank you @Karenska. I love this design in black or white but all the cws are so fun and I love the story of the artist's young son approaching him with his colored pencil set and asking, "What am I supposed to do with these?" Hmmm. Turn them into an H scarf design? Why not? I do keep colored pencils in my desk to this day also.
Thank you so much moma.
I took additional photos, the reverse side is muted.

This is my favorite way to tie this design also @orchard. You must be over the moon with your new beauty. That hem! Those colors!
We kept tropical fish for many years. I loved watching them swim around the tank. So colorful, graceful and soothing in their movements. So, I had to have this scarf with its big, bright fish.

SOTD is Grands Fonds. As I'm standing here in a sea of fresh snow, this pretty scarf from a tropical sea makes me happy.

View attachment 5288581
Hahaha @Redbirdhermes -- joining the great tradition of ice fishing! If I took mod shots outside in snow like you do, my lips would be blue no matter what color of scarf I was wearing. It makes a super great photo backdrop, though! Sisters on this great scarf. I found a redone last summer and love it.
What a lovely story, I’ve only ever had one Siamese fighting fish and he was already quite high maintenance, but a tropical tank must have been gorgeous!

Absolutely brilliant colours and the scarf suits you so well, one of my favourite designs and one that I hope to acquire one day!
Oh my -- @scarvesandhandbags you have reminded me of all the Siamese fighting fish my daughter had when she was six. In one year my husband and I replaced dead "Swimmy" several times to shield her from harsh realities. The things we do for kids!
Love wearing H scarves and here are some of my favs, starting with my most worn twill

So much eye candy here to make us happy @orchard! That Lettres d'Erevan! And among your beauties, my absolute favorite Jardin de la Maharani cw. Just wonderful.

Four of my happiest scarves… due to their designs and colors, they always make me smile…
La Maison des Carres… all those little people are either working on creating a carré or simply frolicking in and around La Maison… What could be more jolly and fun?
View attachment 5287922

Through the years, Ex Libris a Carreaux has remained a favorite and one of the no-brainers I reach for the most… It has such an upbeat energy

Quadrige Costume to me is like a carnival
View attachment 5287921

The fashionable central couple of Duo Cosmique look like party animals and the fabulous kimono patterns and animals seem to join in the cosmic dance. Lively, dynamic and a riot of fun
View attachment 5287919
Happy is the word for this foursome, Fifi. La Maison des Carres is delightful and one I’d like to acquire someday; your cw is so bright and cheery but set nicely with the navy border then a pop of pink hem. I’m also quite taken with Ex Libris a Carreaux; I love the bold blocks and lines and plaid-like graphics.

Also, just for fun, I'm posting a pic from our recent vacation to Hawaii. I started the day wearing my Equateur wash silk in the traditional way. Later, we were touring a coffee farm. It was hot and sunny so I did like the Hermes models and tied it around my head. :) I don't know that I've ever done that before but it worked pretty well to keep me from getting sunburned. The color of your top is perfect with this lovely scarf, IMHO. I would love to find it on the resale market, but I know it won't happen. Wonderful oneiric story of Northern Lights seen from the sky, not so far from them!

I love all these wonderful brights fifi! Congrats on your new FP addition. It is indeed SOOOOOO hard not to keep adding those on.

The bright colors and whimsical designs are undeniably happy. But you know, a good neutral makes this scarfie's heart beat faster, too! For this afternoon's class I ZOOM in a lovely (mostly) neutral (orange hem!) Magic Kelly:

New scarves make me happy! I just received the 2022 SS Sous l'Egide wash scarf so here is a quick bathroom shot. I have the Equateur wash scarf and it is so wearable. I love the texture of the wash scarves.

You look luscious pt! Love this with your really fun hat!

Thank you, Karen. GS is wearing Gap Kids hat and coat. They make a real cold weather parka, and when it showed up on my iPad feed at 50% off, this grandma couldn’t resist. As for the losange, it is Flamboyant Web in marine. After seeing those tiny adorable repair robots, well again, resistance was futile.
It’s a beautiful coat and looks extremely warm. I’ll bet he loves wearing it. Ah, Flamboyant Web. I love that design, too, and wrestled with getting it in the etoupe with turquoise hem. The marine is quite beautiful; I can’t wait to see you model it. As you may know, the losange is one of my favorite formats. Mine are the medium size.
