I love this scarf. I have it pink tones. I bought it because me reminded of my first trip to Paris. I now feel nostaligic given the times we live in and Jone Mitchel's song "Free Man in Paris" always come to mind when I see this scarf (change "man" to "woman")

Oh, thank you, dear tns. The lipstick is nothing special. L'Oreal. The color is Mauved 140. It is pretty frosty when you first put it on, but tones down for me within 5 min. (Not sure how that happens.)ThAnK YoU So MucH:

Off topic SOTD: Flowers of South Africa 01!
Not at all dark (eh, I guess there's some black in the border), but it's been sitting on my shelf for two weeks just waiting to play, and I didn't want to wait any longer!
Super excited to add this one to my ever growing 2017 collection. I'd had this one on my ebay watchlist since I first started collecting last summer, and when it went on sale I pulled the trigger.
I really liked the black background reissue of this design from last season, but I don't think a 140 silk would get much play in my collection. I also considered adding one of this season's Marche du Zambeze cws (that yellow that @Living.la.vida.fifi has is a stunner!), but since both of these Ardmore designs have borders that read similarly to me (floral with a sort of lacy overlay), I think I'll just stick with this one. Obviously the centers of the two designs are totally different, but I usually knot my scarves in such a way that the borders/corners are highlighted most. Maybe if someone has both and wants to convince me otherwise with some modshots I would change my mind
