I am twins with you on this beautiful Plumes @Nahreen! Is this the one your SA recently found for you? It looks wonderful with your camel sweater.
Thank you and really happy to be twins with you LKBNOLA. No this one I bought 2 years ago right after it was released. The one my SA found me is from SS2021. I have not unpacked my shopping yet.

One of my A/W season purchases was this darling bandana-- Nouveaux Amoureux de Paris-- a design I love in the smaller format. Several of the lovers are wearing a scarf and at least one couple has on hats. The four little cupids in the corners are twined with bolduc ribbon also (I am on my own private ribbon theme here apparently ;) )

Oohhh love this one and was so tempted to get it when RBH showed hers. You two are Twins! This is the first design that lured me to the bandana side. I think your knot is perfection with this 70/55?? Wonderful styling. Is it a bova knot ( I think it’s called)?
The main reason I restrained myself is because I am questioning if I love the 70 or 55 format. So I told myself to wear them more and decide before buying another :girlsigh:

Lucky you @Redbirdhermes! It is beautiful. Definitely a multiples-worthy design.

Thank you both, dear @Agrume and @Karenska!

Oh, aren't you nice, @Nomad. It was a lovely lunch (Clancy's has the world's best gumbo and crabmeat salad!) but I meant also to tell you that I am twins on your La Patisserie and after seeing your mod shot all I want is a striped sweater! That was an absolutely perfect styling...

This is gorgeous @Croisette7 and I love how you tied it with that wonderful cda! Is it clear acrylic? Really allows the scarf to shine.

Very dramatic @ksuromax and it looks great with your shoes and stack of bangles...

Oh, huge congrats @labelo! It is beautiful-- I love that particular cw and it is so perfect for your coloring. Enjoy your wonderful find and early gift...

Thank you so much @Croisette7-- it is so easy to pair and wear...

Aha! great minds think alike @scarf1-- or at least great H lovers-- I never noticed that bolduc ribbon on this one either. Love the grey tones of this with your cardigan and stripes. Also such a great seasonal design!

Oh, very ingenious @Cookiefiend! It looks beautiful paired with stripes too-- never thought of that. This cw is really stunning.

OMG, @MAGJES! Welcome back it is so good to see you again but I am exhausted even just reading about your day-- how do you do it? Thirty miles after a five mile run is truly impressive, lady! I can just picture you with a beautiful scarf streaming behind you just like an Hermes ad for their new fitness program... I have a similar JQ 90 and am inspired to pair with an animal print...

So cute @Nomad! I love the charm scarfs-- was lucky to find one mini BdG late in summer...

The most remarkable and interesting scarfs always @xincinsin! Trying not to covet your Boogie Woogie too much! And that Chiffres is wonderful...
Thank you LKBNOLA! ... yes acrylic.

Some scarves which have a ribbon as the major design focus.

In Boogie Woogie, a ribbon curls and loops all over the scarf, forming the design name under the central motif and names of dance styles at the four corners.

A design which is nothing but intertwined ribbons: En Duo. In these colours, I tend to wear this scarf in October for the association with pink ribbons.

Nameless scarf which depicts phantasmagorical images of creatures emerging from the ribbon sash draped in a crisscross shape.

And finally a scarlet ribbon marks the page in Chiffres et Monogrammes-Année 1886.

Lovely examples of where the ribbon is the major design focus, @xincinsin. I was wondering if my La Serpentine de Pierre Charpin would fit into the theme of the week, and apparently it does.

From the Story Behind:

"The composition is structured by a ribbon that changes color at each turn. In the folds of this play with volume and solid colors, a character or a word from the artist could make an appearance. The protagonist is none other than a horse."

SOTD is La Serpentine de Pierre Charpin - 45 with its giant ribbon.

To make this multi-quite a bit shorter- let me just say:

THANKS! @Maedi

@Nahreen- Love your Plumes :heart:

Many Thanks @Croisette7 - your wine Harnais Français is very styled so sophisticatedly :flowers: (is that a word? :confused1:)

Thank you kindly @Agrume :cutesy:

SOYD was again De passage à Moscou, I wanted to wear it > once this year. The warm ladies' coats are embellished with fur, I think, in this cold winter weather.

I adore monochromatic looks and you’ve made such a chic paring with that beauty. Congrats on your Triplets SE

This made me  as I am now in the land of Steel Magnolias!
Wow turf! I adore the chacks and bright green border and surely these lovelies have earned the Best Dress Horse Award! Amazing.
Luv it! ...and thank you :hugs:

Heading out to back to back board meetings and posting my actual SOTD on theme! What ribbon never fails to make a scarfie's heart beat faster? Here it is gracing two silks-- a 90 and a 70 (from last August)--

Thrilled to at last have my own Under the Waves! It's a design that I've been hunting down for nearly a year.
This is meant as a Christmas present, but my husband said I could go ahead and start wearing it early

This wasn't my first or second choice cw, but it is the one that fits most easily into my existing wardrobe, so it was probably a good choice after all! I finally decided that whenever I saw a cw that I liked and was reasonably priced, I'd pounce and not second-guess myself, as I'd missed out on a couple before this one.
So happy for you (well done hubby)!

It feels like I’ve been away forever!

My SOTD is Jaguar Quetzal CSGM…..and what a day it has been!

I started the day with an early morning 5 mile run….
next…..had a mammogram
next…..vaccine booster
next……a flu shot
next…..30 mile bike ride with DH (he does this daily but I only join him when I’ve had too much coffee :P.
next (and right now)…..the best glass of wine ever…..

Great to see you- but need a glass of vino after imagining all that mileage :panic:

Thanks for sharing this- I don’t see if often.
Very pretty

SOTD to go out and about with good friends to a holiday market, a chili and chowder charitable fest and Santa Speedo race on our main business street. It was great fun and I found a few gifts. Those runners must have been freezing. En Cadre in chocolat, blanc and rose. Kind of rinbon-like in its drape. View attachment 5265857
Another winning combination

Haha. I normally do not log in all that mileage in one day. I either do one or the other. I love the thought of working out in a beautiful H scarf though!

Love this look! I've eyed the design in the earlier 90 format so many times. I had no idea it is now out in a bandana and so darn cute!
