Thursday in our house is Burgundy Thursday, so I’m going off topic a tad (surprise!), but just a little - after all Burgundy is French and so is Hermès! :giggle:

I’m staying orange today with two different scarves - one of which is scarf mail! :panic:
Le Bal des Oiseaux (for @labelo) with lots of orangey goodness and on several different sweaters.
(and the orange matches the Burgundy label!)

Twins on the Bal; love it! And Burgundy Thursday? I’ll be right over:biggrin:

Wonderful combination of colors in your Tout en Quilt! Plus you look so cozy!!

Brilliant knot for this design.

I already own a Jardins de Hiver but every time you post yours I find myself searching for this delicious chocolate colorway.
I’ve been good and have not succumbed to my “wants.”

Lovely sweet colorway.

LOVE this colorway!

Thank you MAGJES!!! These are very cozy when it's cool but not too cold!
Where to start on the collex?! :faint:
TY for the AFdC love - to keep my scarf drawer from overtaking my house I had to choose between this and the framboise Tohu Bohu. The pop of black horse cemented the decision. No regrets!

Gav love!

Cousins on the dog wash! I find the wash scarves challenging to knot. But your contrast hem is divine!

TY! It was a PITA :hs:

No words :whiteflag:

*everything* is a story! I find the appreciation of things, events, conversations…everything is enhanced by context (perhaps I simply enjoy reliving the moment!)
You will have so many storm stories - the tree! The generator! That KeP is a delight!

Wednesday Addams is a wonderfully easy Halloween costume if anyone needs last minute ideas! TY for your kind words and back to you x1000!

Fabulous!

I *love* the idea of documenting outfits! I have Stylebook but haven’t opened it because I find building the library overwhelming. But if I just start with the OOTD…
I don’t have many moussies but one is a snag/stain magnet.
Is that another lavender top that seems to go with everything?!

The H apple is so tasty tho!

Ty! The Wikipedia entry for Pierre is a fascinating read and, well, I can’t resist a good pink. And your TT is indeed a perfect pink!

You are the pareo queen! I love them all!

After reading up a bit on Pierre I understand a bit more about the images, so weirdly and deliciously assembled.
And your assembly of scarves has nothing weird but everything delicious!

I keep learning that flat and folded can give such different vibes LOL a lesson I appear to learn on the regular! I do love wearing busy scarves and I always feel a bit bad saying goodbye to beauties I don’t wear. Marie Kondo is genius - saying thank you before moving to the re-home pile helps

 I think you may actually be right Snausages! I'll have to update the pareo thread with my wee stable of pareos.

A bunch more. Thank you everyone for the comoliments and likes. Clearly oranges and pinks are popular and well loved with us ailkies!

That peachy de la Mer is delicious!

OMG that Les Cles has be reaching for smelling salts! Gorgeous!

 Thank you kindly LKB! it's very soft!

this is so very pretty in pink on you.

this iris moussie that you and @scarf1 both have is Tdf. It is amazing on you both!

love this styling. Always love your styling

so so pretty in pink.

love your touts. It is a beautiful pattern and you look beautiful in it.

bals look lovely on you. I feel the exact same way. I also love the print but when I purchased one it just fell flat for me. Though time and time again I see it on others ( like you and pirula) and I think “I want one” Haha. And agree with you and lkb that a contrast hem might have amped it up to more excitability.

yay! Love your collage. I especially am smitten with your epopee. The colors together are perfect.

I do not own one of these but this pink version is gorgeous.

Below are Collections that are tdf. Amazing Oranges and pinks
@lanit There were too many to count that I just loved. You really know your colors and what looks amazing on you. I am envious. I can’t pick a favorite. They all look so good on you. @Living.la.vida.fifi I particularly loved your carnaval. Perfect autumn colors. @MAGJES amazing pics. I loved loved your tapis des selles. So stunning in thst colorway. It actually reminds me a wee bit of licorne?? The way the designs are and colors in them. @Cookiefiend your astrologie is amazing. And the way your tied it! Also the Jardin in brown and orange. Similar in great colors to fifis carnaval I love. Amazing ladies! Such FUN eye candy for the rest of us!

Thank you kindly Nomad!

Pink today with Cuirs du Desert.

oooh- this is lovely in pink! Is this one a dip dye? Is has that nice soft glow dip dye look to it.

I finally found Alice Shirley's Under the Waves in brand new with tags condition, however it was a mousseline, and it was very, very orange. I got it anyway. It is perfect for Orange Week and I love the light, airy feel of silk chiffon. Still looking for my 90....

SOTD is Under the Waves mousseline, CW08 in orange/turquoise/vert.

It pairs beautifully with your jacket!

To bookend my participation in this week’s theme I move from the bright orange of my gateway plumes en fete (with pink accents) to my most recent purchase, a sweet little fairytale shawl in soft autumnal tones of pink/red, mint, yellow, orange and brown, with a darling nutmeg hem. Because I am a minimalist at heart and I think less is more when it comes to CSGMs, this will likely be my only brown neutral and I couldn’t be happier with it! View attachment 5235051

Love these soft warm neutrals here (and the hem is perfect for it!)

This pink and red one is really special in MPC.

An autumnal cw for this Act III CSGM; sometimes the neutrals are a bit too neutral so I’m delighted with the orange hem. I love a good hem :rolleyes:View attachment 5235174

Hello, strangers! I've been MIA so long, I don't even know if you remember me. This is Beloved India CSGM (recently acquired, but longed after for a long time!) plus Hermes Orange lipstick. Unseen are the black top, dark Grey skirt and Trim II in Graphite Clemence. All for my doctor of 30+ years. Maybe my style sense is why he always says - quietly - "Always a pleasure to see you."
