I've never posted before but love following along with the weekly theme. I have lots of pink and orange silk I had planned to quietly wear this week but yesterday I received my first CSGM with some of both colors and I had to wear it and learn to picture and share today! Les 12 Leopards

Not a lot of orange in my collection, but pink is fairly well represented, usually as an accent color.

Jardin a Sintra is more raspberry, but I consider that a pink.
Same with Wild Singapore, which also has a sort of orangey red border. I think I might rehome this one--I love the pattern, but never reach for it, something about the color palette is hard for me. Unfortunately, this was a scarf that was produced in only 3 regular colorways (presumably due to covid?), and none was quite perfect. I'd love the special edition cw, but that's an expensive pipe dream, I think!

Today wearing my Kachinas wash. I was complaining about the wash prices but this actually is my second most worn scarf over the last 941 days (which is how long i’ve consecutively logged my outfits in stylebook). i think it is precisely because i don’t love love it and wouldn’t be bummed out of it got stained i wear it a lot around the house and on casual days.

Another crossover from last week to this week. I finally completed my "cotton collection" of giant cotton scarves. I looked for YEARS for this black multi Astrologie/Dies et Hore (lots of orange detailing here, and the little Petite H ?? charm necklace is hot pink Ivresse de l'Infini)



And yesterday with Astrologie moussie pocket square and Early America moussie pocket square.




And the rest of my "cotton collection" all fits this week!

I was complaining about the wash prices but this actually is my second most worn scarf over the last 941 days (which is how long i’ve consecutively logged my outfits in stylebook). i think it is precisely because i don’t love love it and wouldn’t be bummed out of it got stained i wear it a lot around the house and on casual days.

Your Iris is a stunning scarf - but they are so easy to wear! Just toss them on and go!

A few months ago I used to do and think like you ; I didn't wear my moussies for fear of damaging them. But I've come to realize that life is short ! As I don't want to resell them, I wear them whenever I feel like. They're quite resistant. The first pulled thread hurts a lot, though !
