My very best wishes to everyone for the New Year to all SOTD regulars, occasional posters and newcomers alike  .

The SOTD 2021 thread is now open and ready for business:

The new theme commences tomorrow (3 Jan - whenever your time zone gets there) but there's no reason why you can't post earlier if you want.

Have a good day everyone :heart:
Fabulous look!

When I worked in radio and newspapers, we “joked” a lack of math skills is why we all became journalists. Reminded of this every time I see an article trying to explain the Covid19 projections.
I could never be a journalist. So much "adventure" (and pressure)! I have my hands full interfacing between the production people and the rest of the world who don't think their way. I'll save my adventurous spirit for the hunt for H vintage  (p.s. Our graphics people actually do a good job with CoViD-19, but they have the advantage of small country, small numbers and tons of data)

Another Pivoines from moi! While I find this scarf tricky to wear, I am forever mesmerized by that magical city floating in that fantasy landscape...
It's almost Byzantine, isn't it? Reminds me a bit of Escher. Octave did Cite Cavaliere next, but I'm hoping for another fantasy landscape from him. Something fairytale-based and in finesse again would be nice: the Arabian Nights? Russian folktales? I can dream, right?

Coaching, 70, brightened up my day

What a lovely colorway and perfect with your sweater!
I've always been a scarf lover. Before H, before Ferragamo, I bought Liberty. So when I came across this, I had to have it: H Ex Libris printed on Liberty cotton! From a 2009 collaboration which was the first time either company had collaborated with another entity. I snapped a pic at 6am when it was still cool. Hoping for rain today...

So unique. Love it!

These are outstanding!

Today on theme with one of my two colorways of A l’Ombre des Pivoines. As noted by Fifi, this is a collaboration between Theo de Gueltzl and Octave Marsal.

So pretty!

Last night, Mr Cookie and I had a little cocktail hour in our living room - just us and Coco. I have The Hermès Scarf, History & Mystique Book on the cocktail table, and randomly opened it... La Femme Au Carré. Which is a collaboration between Bali Barret and Anamorphée!
Well I’ll be!

Aww sweetie - hang in there!
I'm glad you were able to pop on and cheery yourself up - your second look is lovely!
My BdG Love is CW 07 - Noir/Blanc/Orange

Beautiful!
We started out chilly… and stayed that way. And gray with heavy clouds.
Fortunately my Co-worker is very distracting…

Thanks so much! And, are you sure Coco’s your co-worker and not the boss?!

Thank you, fifi!

Beautiful ELEK!

I really love your colorway!
Hahaha! And, many thanks!

This is lovely!

Twins! This is such a great blue and looks so chic!

Your ELEK colorway is just gorgeous!! I will admit that I did not pay much attention to Pivoines when it was released....hanging my head in shame......but looking at your blue colorway I am having big regrets!!

Both are very lovely on you. You have that special talent of wearing H so well!
Thanks so much... It is such an amazing design... But, all hope may not be lost as I think there are a few still floating out there... I saw a couple of CWs at my Hermes store before the shutdown

I adore the colors in the Zig Zag cashmere!

Such ca peaceful combo with the grey sweater!

I love the MT cut combined with the florals tlamdang!

One of my faves!

Awww- Coco! Tearing out the toy stuffing!

Ooooh, I’ve been a Liberty fan for a long time as well and would love to own this one... Such a treasure!

Drop-dead gorgeous! I always wanted my CW of ELeK, then after seeing you and a few others model this CW of the 90, I realized it is my favorite one

What an amazing look! Fouets et Badines is one of my too scarves. I purchased the green CW only because I was persuaded by an Instagram friend... The red was my other choice... That hem is a wonder! Love how you’ve styled this look!
