Not every experiment works. Today I tried using Bolduc gav with the Soie Belle ascot, but the red was an exact match and so the gav disappeared into the ascot. The saving grace is that the ascot is rather flimsy, so adding the gav provided some bulk which I do like.

I like them together! It gives the pocket square a little more presence this way, even though the colors blend. :tup:
