My very best wishes to everyone for the New Year to all SOTD regulars, occasional posters and newcomers alike  .

The SOTD 2021 thread is now open and ready for business:

The new theme commences tomorrow (3 Jan - whenever your time zone gets there) but there's no reason why you can't post earlier if you want.

More of Alice Shirley....
Zebra Pegasus CSGM and 90 Silk
Tyger Tyger CSGM & 90 Silk
Two of Alice Shirleys early designs that are marvelous on you!

I passed on both the CSGM versions of Zebra Pegasus due to the hoof always appearing but ended up with the mousse and twill. I passed on TygerTyger because of too many big cat designs that year. So luckly I ended up with Three Graces and maybe ill get to see Mountain Zebra in a new format next season?

And my twill version of Parures de Maharajah since I am lusting for the CSGM version!

And Point d’Orgue mousseline (which went to a dear friend); maybe I will find another some day

Posting my scarfans (scarf orphans) for this week’s theme; I know they have scaled counterparts, I just don’t own them :crybaby:

My vintage Brides de Gala was rescued in rather sad shape. As an experiment I dip-dyed and feel I gave her new life. (I seem to refer to the old gals in the feminine) :girlsigh: The result has a bit of the look of a changeant without the magic.

My twin with @Croisette7 early issue Ex Libris
(I get a silly thrill from these early tags)

The rest are gav’s:
La Rosee - moussie
Clic Clac
Le Mors "A La Conetable”
Les Allure - moussie
Your dipdye came out beautifully!

Your ZP are tied beautifully

Your dipdye came out beautifully!
Thank you so much - I’m fond of the old gal :P

Exactly what I thought best for a pizza run — JQ CSGM —SMILE pretty kitty!

Definitely chic pizza wear

The pink & plummy twill is dreamy

The fringes on those are to die for :faint:

Oooooooh! I’ll post my twinsie of the 90 & her cool vintage tags :coolio:

I love to see an array of silks like this, so no apologies necessary. I find it so interesting how our collex all differ due to interests, coloring, preferences, etc.
Your love of smaller prints is beautifully showcased here. :flowers:

Congrats! There’s such a great feeling getting to wear a patiently awaited scarf for the first time.

I can see the struggle to decide between the two CSGMs. The blue/grey has a Japan-ware quality to it, but I also hardily approve of the orange

Holy Moley! :eek:The color & scale of the pink CSGM is stunning. I’ve been on the fence about which cw of CsmC “needs” to be in my life until now.
Anyone know if this cw was done in a 90? (No need to rush on that info b/c I really need to put my bank card on ice)

What a lovely “only” - show that baby some love & take it around the block for a spin :panic:
Thank you so much, turfnsurf!

The RED Cheval sur mon CSGM is amazing!!

My Dans un Jardin Anglais (so far!).
I adore this design.

My Twillies, 90 Silks, (the Juane is a bright one!) & 45 Silks

I think a moussie would be divine. AND they should really do a CSGM.
Thank you MAGJES ... twins on the 3.pic.
