I think amongst all the madness and mayhem of Grand Prix du Faubourg my favourite characters are the two ladies-that-lunch who are chatting away completely oblivious to everything that is going on behind them.
Yesterday I bought a little silver poesy ring with the phrase "Mon cœur avez" on it. The first recorded instance of a love ring with these words inscribed on it goes back to the fifteenth century and the historical appeal of it along with my recent anniversary made it a no-brainer....and it happens to go very nicely with this scarf too, having a tiny amethyst where the "z" turns into a love heart!
