The 2 scarves folded in bias and tied together at one end, then tied around the neck in a loose hacking knot. I'm going to play with this "imitation 140" concept more

What a fun t-shirt! And you have *amazing* lips, you don't need to embellish them at all!! I tend to switch just now between my Rose by Terry lip balm and my J-Lo Nudes by L'Oreal. It has a little bit of shine in it but not too much. They do lots of different shades, depending on your skin tone and for being a cheapie, lasts really well.
