Adorable and WOOT - the first pair of jammies!Great intro @Cookiefiend ! What a fun theme, and so may delightful examples already shared!
I think I have a handful of silly/whimsical scarves. I love how Hermes does whimsy!
I thought I'd start with the silly slide on La Maison des Carres. And are those my PJs, you ask? Yes, yes they are

This is marvelous!A new scarf and one that's quite special, Pegase Paysage for Saut Hermès 2019, which I excitedly wore and forgot to photograph sans wrinkles! There are only 2 cw's - this blue with turquoise, and a pale pink with yellow and red. It's a carre wash, too! Soft and velvety and does not (to my mind) look/ feel like an old, much-used scarf, which was my "objection" to the other designs in carre wash. Never say never with H!!

Perfect pink sprinkles!I was looking through my scarf drawer this morning, thinking that I don't have a lot of "cute" things in it. I tend to favor very graphic designs or classic and traditional motifs* and I had a sudden insight into why that is...
As a small 5'1" woman, I've been called "cute" all my life. And as a 12-year professional, it's quite irritating. While I adore cute things, I try to avoid wearing them and I go for the most serious clothes I can muster. I think this also explains my penchant for androgynous dressing (with trousers, button-down shirts, blazers, and lace up oxford shoes) and my lack of jewelry (aside from a minimalist watch).
Still, Hermes does inject whimsy into everything. So most of my scarves contain a good dose of something quirky. Here's one of my favorites with "pink sprinkles" on it. With the weather warming up, I might need to put it away for the season soon.

*side note: Alice Shirley might be an exception. I've suddenly and inexplicably been binging on her designs
Alice Shirley must be made an exception for - they are such fun scarves!
