When I want to tame the volume-
I have shown these before. I use the length fold and then my regate or Maitai scarf ring.

All matchy-matchy today. Fleurs de Lotus with a jade and coral necklace, and earrings made from red saga seeds and green glass rocailles.
I hunted down this cw of Lotus after seeing a photo of it on tpf. The necklace was a thrill bargain by my mum - she was pleased as punch after knocking off more than 50% of the price (just fyi, this is not quality jade, but it is pretty). The earrings are from Taipei where there are quite a few artisans who create jewellery using seeds and nuts.
And on the subject of hunts, I am now officially on Ban Island because a stack of personal grails suddenly popped up and I clicked ...

Hm. I'm the opposite with my mousseline stole - it hangs really limply and I want about 50% more fabric volume. Does anyone have suggestions for the opposite of taming it?

Light and springy for today - we’re supposed to have more snow tomorrow - yuck.
I did a bias fold for this, then wrapped it around and ties the ends. Easy peasy.
Beautiful... especially that Ailes de la Soie which I admired at Hermès in Paris on my last trip there and never went back to get... Always regret it. I wanted your CWYay! You should, it’s lovely.
Twins with scarf1, I never think of this one as green, but so it is. Will try to fold it to show more green the way scarf1 does.

Love this design, but especially in teal... it is gorgeous! And the perfectly matched nails. Did I ever mention that I have a huge nail polish collection? Last time I counted I was up to 130 bottles... Needless to say I bring my own bottles to the salón... LOL... You are a gal after my own heart!Such an important scarf purchase for me several years ago: attrape tes reves in teal. Before this all my scarves were historical and classical designs, and nothing green. This one started me in a new direction. Whee!!!View attachment 4012474View attachment 4012475
It is gorgeous!!I tried to get most of it in the photo - I didn’t realize how big it actually is until I spread it out over the bed! Not a great picture, but the best I could get:

Prompted by a comment on the “how do you curate your scarf collection” I dug out my graf, on theme with green, here it is tied two ways. Unworn for ages, I realise I still love it!
Fabulous! I don’t think I’ve seen that cw, could you post a pic of it flat please, I’d love to see all of it?You’ve inspired me to break out my own Graf! There is a tiny amount of green in my colorway ...View attachment 4012725
I like this scarf because it looks so different depending on how its tied.
Love the first one- is it nuees imaginaires?I will try to squeeze in some green scarves before the theme changes!
