Scam Artist NJ Stealing Chanel and Hermes

It's possible that by now the pd are involved and have instructed the op not to release any more details

JMHO, but something is "off" on this case. (And it's not the first time that the OP has had crises that weren't updated.)
OP can come on and let everyone know the PD is involved so she can't update, as a courtesy for all the help she received. Other members have done this.
I tend to agree with BB...something's fishy, the OP hasn't been on tPF since Aug 30.

One thing that has concerned me was that OP wanted to keep the funds from the purchase AND get her bags back. It should only be one or the other. She shouldn't profit off this situation.

I believe that the funds have already been removed for these items being
that the Credit Card was stolen and reported….
so, Now, there is no payment… so, she would not be keeping the
money and the items…

. Since the credit card was swiped in store and she signed for the purchase and her license matched all the information we are hoping we will be covered. I hope they find my bags with her and they are not sold before they find her.

Yes I have insurance and of course the chargeback will be disputed. I am going to be covered its just the point.

. I did get the chargeback right now but Amex and my processor are investigating and believe it will be covered because she is obviously a scammer and I did everything I was supposed to do. I still want to find the bags, they dont deserve to be with such scum, they deserve loving homes. Makes me sick.

Fingers crossed, and fingers crossed Amex and my processor work out as I really dont want to have to go through the process of insurance its a pain! But I will if I have to, but thankfully for me her card swiped through, she signed and the last 4 digits matched the 4 digits that came up on her invoice. SO I should be covered and they should be going after her.

I completely understand feeling violated and wanting the items back but it definitely sounded to me that she was going to try to recover the bags even if she received the money back.

I follow luxurysnob and so many times wanted to inquire to purchase. My inner gut and being a 20+ year Chanel buyer and collector kept telling me to stay away. I always questioned whether she moved the items as fast as she said or if she had items to sell in the first place. She would post a sold pic and never posted an original for sale pic. Then she post a picture and people post complaining she never answered their inquiries and she would comment first come first serve or ignore the questions all together. I remember even seeing the pic of her on vacation with the blue Chanel and wondered what she was doing using items she is selling from other people. Another red flag. A few months ago she has a major beef with another ig consignment store and words were said and apparently she was using the other ig accounts picture. And she claimed the seller contacted her too with the item to sell and she never had the shoes in her possession then she provided back up emails. I still didn't buy it. Both sellers are very shady to me. One in New York red flag and the other on Atlanta definitely a red flag. Atlanta has to be the home of the scammers. Really. The other boutique she was beefing with was misshollywoodposh. And for a whole she hasn't had to many consignment items. Hmm

She is scam. I'm not sure if it's the right topic to post or not. Just scammed me my 2500$. And blocked me on her page. I don't know what to do since she's in Russia and I'm here in USA. [emoji21][emoji20][emoji19]

OP, I suspect that Linda (or Lynda), the owner of luxurysnobconsignment is reading this thread so you might want to limit the information you post.

I'm afraid it's helping her "hide" the goods.

I am compiling and sending you a lot of information to weed through and you can forward whatever to the police, your detective and if there's an attorney involved, to your lawyer.

I have no doubt that Linda is involved and did have your bags.

I think a uniformed police officer showing up at the door of her business might shake loose some information, because even if (in the beginning), she might have been a victim, the fact is that she received stolen merchandise and if she's hiding it, she's as guilty as the thief and can be convicted.

If your detective isn't an NYPD law enforcement police officer, they need to be involved.

And in the event that Linda - Lynda is reading this, this message is for you: DO THE RIGHT THING!! The pictures (which have been saved) show 3 of the OP's Chanel bags in YOUR possession. You've been caught!
I didn't do anything and i just seen this thread . this defamation of character and i will take this legally because it is not fair to me . And whoever you are , i will make sure this dealt with and will be expecting an apology from you. You people think you can sit by a computer and trash someone you don't know falsely but then act you are the good guys . I spoke the detectives of the lady and helped her as much as I can so to see this was what you guys was talking about me is ridiculous

Hi ladies it's me the OP I never saw the other posts that were left after all the stress of this handbag scam and the other one I dealt with along with one young infant and another on the way I didn't get a chance to update the post, I did update people individually though. Yes I got the actual police invoked the second this lady left my store. The Millburn police to be exact just like I got the Springfield police invoked in the first scam tgat happened to me. I gave the Millburn police all the information and filed a report and continued to update them as this thread progressed. My real police officer who is an investigator did contact the owner of luxurysnob. As far as what he pursued that was not up to me but he did know my items ended up on her IG. I NEVER got the bags back. I did get the money back from anex thank god. I wasn't allowed to update initially when the police were trying to recover the stolen handbags as that's what the police officer instructed me to do. I never wanted both the bags and money back, I was never the scammer, I just genuinely wanted to be reimbursed or to get the bags back. I would've actually preferred to get the bags back over the money because the fact that they were stolen made me sick. I now have two little kids 2 and under so I don't get a chance to do much of anything! None the less come on here and I never saw the last posts or I would've surely updated everyone quicker! @beenburned you have been a huge help in both of my scams and I think you sooooo much for all your help. I thought you were aware that I had actual police involved in this case not just and investigator. On my Craigslist scam I had actual police involved actual FBI and actual outside investigator too so maybe you are confusing the two? I'm a genuine handbag lover no more no less I don't scam people and I hate scammers. I hope this clarifies everything to everyone and I am sorry I didn't get to update everyone sooner my apologizes as pregnancy and young kids are overwhelming. Once anex closed the case and the police told me they had contacted her and done all that they could do I moved on. also to clarify the women that came into my store and bought the bags is not the same women who owns luxurysnob. I met the scammer in my store and they are two different people. Luxurysnob only got brought up because my handbags ended up on her IG. She said she didn't have them in her possession. She gave the cops a name and contact info for the girl who sent her the pics of my bags and the cops tried to pursue the lady with that information but nothing ever came of it.
