How often do you go in stores to browse and try things on, but not actually buy anything (or just buy something small like $1000ish)? I always want to go try on jewelry and rtw.. but always feel the pressure that I have to buy something substantial to be worthy of their time (btw my SA never pressures me, just me being paranoid). Is there an art to casual shopping?

Have you tried it before? Planning if i get offered qouta bag to use 2 different cc for points purposes.
No, I have not split between 2 ccs perosnally because I prefer to do all of my H purchases on one particular card, but I have used a visa gift card in part once and seen others use multiple forms of payment (including 10k cash lol) while checking out. If you’re not sure or still wondering, just ask your SA 👍🏽

Yes it's totally fine. I've done this before. your SA will not think it's weird, judge you or give you a hard time.

Pretty often! I usually see something online and ask them if it comes in store to let me know but also not trying to order it. And if it doesn't work it's fine. everything is hot these days in H so they will have no problem selling it to someone else who wants it.

Obviously they're sales people so they're always going to be like "it looks so great on you!" but if you're like "eh I don't know" they will say something like "ah if it's not right, it's not right."

no need to feel pressured. fyi I've shopped with my SA for 6+ years, so I don't feel pressured at all. also it's not weird for anyone to buy only what they're really interested in and it's hard for H to keep up to have new stuff that interests everyone. remember, it's just shopping!

Hello! I've been shopping with the store for 7 months, and am interested in delving into women's RTW. Do the S-M sizes sell out quickly? And do you find that it runs small or true to size? I've only bought men's RTW during this time, as my SO accompanies me to our visits.

34-36's do sell quickly. In terms of sizing, definitely recommend trying items in store because they vary widely - I'm 5'5", 115 lbs and I own pieces that are 34, 36, and 38. Really depends on the item itself and how you'd like it to fit. Hope this helps, and enjoy RTW!

Does anyone know if the male SA whose name starts with a T is still there? I've tried texting a few times over the past month to set up an appointment but he hasn't been responsive. Wondering if maybe he has left and I need to find a new SA.
If it is who I think it is, he left a year and a half ago but should have set you up with another SA. You can call the SF location to set up an appointment with an SA that specializes in the metier (besides leather) that you’re most interested in.
