Hey folks. How do you set up an appointment with your SA? Do you just send them a message? I texted my SA recently to set up an appointment but they haven’t replied when they had been pretty responsive to me before just through text.

If you need an appointment (i.e. live far away) then I would give it a few days since your last text and send them a reminder.

If you are able to drop in without an appointment (if you live close), and if it's urgent, I would just drop by on a day they work.

I usually have my SA confirm my appointments but last time they texted me that an item was ready for pickup and I asked them if it was ok for me to drop by at a specific time. They never responded so I just went in without an appointment and it turned out they just forgot to hit send lol. I think they are just very busy and cannot possibly text back immediately to everyone and cater to in store shoppers as well as doing all the admin stuff that happens in the back.

I text.

The SAs also take time off, so give it a few more days/at least a week :) You could also call the store to ask for an appointment with your SA (in case your SA is on vacation).

I either text to make an appointment or schedule my next appointment at the end of my store visit with my SA to avoid texting issues. If your SA is normally responsive, it's possible they're on vacation or out sick - I think you should feel free to follow up

My SA left and I got assigned to a new SA. Despite my old SA saying that the new SA was going to contact me, it would then take almost a month. When she made contact, I gave her a list of items I was looking for (non-leather) and she immediately helped with them, sent me a payment link and shipped my items. During that time, I also asked about some other things which she said she would find out for me. Two weeks passed and I sent a check-in text. Still no reply and it’s been another 2 weeks. At this point, I’m just going to go in the store next time I’m in town and casually shop and hope to find a new SA who I feel a good vibe with. I didn’t have difficulty getting responses from my last SA. They were not always immediate but she was good at following up within a few days.
