Yeah I saw that video today too. It took me more than a year and a higher spending for my B30, gold. Could our economy have something to do with it? Perhaps, less spenders or recent slow months in sales?

Don’t lose hopeMy sister has spent 13K and b30 in gold is on her wishlist. Sigh
Thanks. My SA just left and she recommended me to another SA so when I make my first purchase with her, I will ask to create a wishlist. You should try asking your SA to start a wishlist! Granted, I haven’t been offered one yet but when I asked to create a wishlist, my SA was excited and he gave me some realistic expectations. But it’s never harmful to ask! He actually thought we had already created one.

Wonder if her SA is new. Sometimes if the SA doesn't have a long client list yet and VIPs, then you get lucky if you have a good rapport with her plus some purchases.Did you notice if the boutique is getting less traffic lately? Why would you think there are less spenders or recent slow months in sales?
Anyhow, I think offering a B30 to a new client within a month with less than 1:1 prespend is just way too unfair to all other new clients or even existing long-time clients? I don't even recall this could happen during the start of COVID period when the sales were way down.
Could be. But it still requires management approval of the QB offering? So that would puzzle me ….Wonder if her SA is new. Sometimes if the SA doesn't have a long client list yet and VIPs, then you get lucky if you have a good rapport with her plus some purchases.
…or the most simple explanation of the client is lying. Heck, even if not intentionally being duplicitous, we’ve seen very strange interpretations of the definition of prespend even on this forum. “I got this with zero prespend! I’ve been working with my SA for four years but hadn’t bought anything that day before being offered!” Or “sure my profile with the store is high six figures but I just got a birkin last month and then got this one after just buying another pair of shoes!” Or my fave “I’ve been shopping with my SA for decades but this is my first QB offer and it happened on January 2, so obviously I had no prespend for it!”Wonder if her SA is new. I don’t know how the sales are as of recently. I’m curious too as to why she got an offer so fast and with less spending. I agree with you - many of us had to wait and had to spend much more for an offer. Definitely not fairDid you notice if the boutique is getting less traffic lately? Rapport is not measurable in terms of money. Sometimes you just genuinely like a person and favor him/her amongst other clients..even if he/she is not your "highest roller", or even if you just knew him/her recently. It is rare nowadays with H, but still happens. If an SA likes you, then she would definitely say good things about you to the Manager/Director. Is that fair? Probably not for many. However, there is no one guidebook from H that tells you that if you do A+B+C+D+E, you will get a QB for sure. It is the scarcity and unpredictability that creates the H magic and madness.Could be. If this is the new practice at boutique (offering QB for new clients within 1 month time with less than 1:1 spend), then I can tell you that there have been known Long-time clients ceasing to support the boutique due to more aggressive selling practice to long-standing good clients in recent months, and this YouTuber case won’t leave a good tastes to many SF boutique clients.Rapports is not measurable in terms of money.
