I wasn't aware I had to qualify to meet up.. what's the purpose and where would I find those rules?

Hi! we have not planned anything for the 2020 meet up. I helped organize the last two years, it was done in July in 2018 and September last year. I usually start posting here to figure out everyone's availability after the national TPF meet (which I think is being planned for right now)!
I too would like to join if it's later in the year (by then I would qualify for meets)
Happy to help out if needed when it's closer.
