I ordered a Samorga for my NF. Now that they have Fed Ex shipping, it arrived in 8 days from the date I placed the order. Yes, it's expensive, but so worth it. Just a FYI...
I agree with that... the organizer, with the felt’s thickness adds a lot of structure and makes cinching m difficult. You’d have to fold the organizer in a bit probably, or use a whole different shaped organizer altogether. My preloved Catogram NF came with an organizer. While I love that it makes the bag less of a black hole, it just feels far too bulky with an organizer (cinched or uncinched) so I prefer my NF with no organizer.
I bought a Samorga and it took 8 weeks and I constantly had to chase them. The felt is way too thick. Very poor customer service though quality is ok. Has anyone else tried other felt inserts for their LV or Chanel bags? Need some recommendations. Tried cloversac and didn’t like the quality though shipping was fast.
I ordered several custom made ones from them and never had a problem.
Mostly the structured felt is also to help maintain the structure/from of the bag. Felt is still so soft it won‘t damage your bag (indentations?).
If you don‘t like the structured form you should indeed find a cloth fabric one or order it smaller as your bag as missconvy suggested. You don‘t need the felt fabric then. I even ordered the felt in 4 mm to retain the form of my bags.
Which style did you buy it for? If 2 mm is too thick then felt isn’t the one for you. Most organizers out there are 2 mm.

I wasn’t happy with the customer service and long 8 week wait time too. No contact and I had to chase them.
can you share the amazon ones? I do have felt organisers, the ones from soonibaginbag but they stopped making theirs. Also from Korea, a shame they aren’t making at the moment.

I never received a package of two organizers from them and am still in a dispute with Paypal over it. It will finalize on the 28th, hopefully in my favour. I wouldn't make another purchase. I'm going to try Zoomoni (sp) I think.
I’ve always found Millie to be responsive but who knows what’s going on with production during Covid. I always ask for express shipping now and have the item in hand in under two weeks. Well worth the upgrade.
I tried one of the other brands (Original Club) and found them to be a stiff, poor copy. I could see the outline of the insert through the bag and I don’t like that. It looked like I was carrying a box of Kleenex.
My daughters and I have 12 Samorga organizers between us. I’ve always been very happy with them. The 2mm felt isn’t boxy at all and has never caused damage to a bag.
