Please if you remember the color names please share that (for future research). I did so much research before purchasing mine and found that people post pics but rarely color name. I hope to get my Indian Pink soon and will post pics in this thread.

Here's a picture of my Samorga Indian Pink. I got it to fit inside my Metis hobo. I love the color and am thinking of ordering it if I ever get the Neverfull with Rose Ballerine interior.

Has anyone had problems with this company? I placed an order a week ago for a red organiser for my neverfull GM. I've paid but have no email confirmation from the actual website. Also when I've emailed for acknowledgment I've had no answer. Bit annoying. Thanks

They are slow to reply and there are no email confirmations. I had to email many times before I got my first response. Subsequent emails regarding the same topic didn't seem to take as long. They are a busy company and very popular so I assume that's the reason why there is a lack of response. They even need to close very often to catch up with orders!

The product is worth it though. If you really need an email response just keep following up and you should get a reply.

I emailed several times to confirm my order and emailed again to confirm date it was shipped and tracking number.

After all the threads concerning their great quality but lack of communication. I decided to purchase and just see what happens. Hope it just shows up like a surprise one day. I ordered Feb 11th and if I don't receive by mid March, I might email. So far I have only received one automated email after my purchase that they were running behind because of the Lunar New Year.

I have never had any problems with Samorga. Communication with Lee has been great and I am more than willing to wait for delivery - a few weeks - for this quality product. (I'm in the UK).
