Samorga makes it so the rough side of the Velcro is on the extra that you remove and the soft side stays in the organizer. I don’t think you need extra Velcro. I think the extra Velcro sitting there would be much scratchier than the soft that is left behind.

Thank you ! It's a smart idea. I briefly wondered but didn't know. Still deciding on height and if I am going overboard by getting removable middle compartment since the width is 5.5" only.

I can’t comment on height but I don’t think it’s overboard. You can stand skinny things up and they each have their own pocket like a Cles or your phone. ☺️ Also, sometimes I move the middle insert all the way to one side of the Velcro if I want more space on one side.

I received my organizer today and I couldn't be happier. I ordered for the petit Noe in yellow and it's beautiful and a perfect fit. I also tried it in my speedy 30 and although it's a couple inches short it does fit if I ever wanted to use it. I also ordered some of the lipstick holders and the cube, they're made from the thick felt. If you want something to hold the shape of you bag the thick felt (I think 3 or 3.5mm) will definitely do the job.
Overall I'm very happy and will definitely purchase again. The processing time was a little long but once it shipped it was to me in Canada in under a week!

I don’t personally like the Speedy 30 size in a NF MM. I bought one and ended up putting it into another bag. It bugged me that it didn’t fit right. I can still cinch the sides as long as I don’t have a bottle or something else high and stiff in the ends pockets.

Just bought another express Samorga for my new NF GM. Love it as I do all of them. It was hard to capture Pivoine with my phone camera. The Hot Pink organizer is lighter but a good match for the tone.

About to order one more for my Liberty London Marlborough bag. I love these things.
