I just called about my order placed for the Lou Lou medium black puffer on 11/24. I looked at the tracking and was not happy to see the ETA is now 12/5 at the store- that is 10 days since placing the order!! So I called NM CS and asked why the delay and where the bag was coming from- was it a Last Call bag or a refurbished item? The agent said it was coming from a warehouse in Texas and is a brand new item from the vendor. That sort of calmed me down but I still have my doubts and I am worried about condition, etc. since I am not as familiar with YSL as other brands that I am very familiar with (LV, Hermes, Chanel). They reassured me that when I pick it up at customer service (not curbside) I will be able to examine it thoroughly and accept or decline it.
Has anyone else received the puffer bag that was on the website for $2150 besides cathavennicethings who has been lovely alerting the PF community to this nice deal. Has anyone received any of their NM Thanksgiving/Black Friday online deals? This shipping situation is ridiculous.
