I installed Rakuten plug-in on my web browser, and it just popped up as 20%. I can also see from my app now that the Saks Fifth Ave is 15%, and Saks OFF 5th is 20%. I’m not sure if everyone sees the same percentage in terms of the Rakuten cash back though.
