I wanted to know when you apply a gift card to your purchase you do not get points for that amount used right?
No stores to my knowledge in the entire US received the rectangular mini in his color. Only extra mini size. 😩
Hi Jujuma. Hope you are doing well. It all depends upon your Saks 'level', which level is dependent upon your year-to-date Saks card spending. At platinum level, I know it's 6 points per dollar, not including double or triple point events. Hth
I think I'm elite but only got 20somethousand points equalling $250. That can't be right, can it? I think I was suppose to get double points. Plus they didn't automatically sent me card like in past. I just feel like it's off but want to be sure before I call. So annoying, Saks, not sure if it's all of them, doesn't have a customer service department anymore. Ugh. Thanks!
I'm not sure about 20k points during double point event, should be more like 40k; as far as the GC, Saks typically sends it in January of the following year, unless you request it sooner. Try customer service number on your statement. They may be helpful.
Yes, thank you. I did call they said everything is right, but that number seems a little on the low side to me, but it doesn't matter what it seems to me, lol. And yes, your right it does come out in the early part of the year. I was confused because I made this purchase right after i got my my card for the year before. Oh well, I better get shopping to bounce those points up. I don't understand why my husband doesn't get the concept that you have to spend money to get "free stuff". I live with all men and they keep trying to tell me that when I'm getting a good bargain I'm still spending a lot of money. What buzz kills. We should meet up soon, you're probably more fun to shop with!
