Saint Laurent - Loulou Camera Bag - Quality ???

Even with the issues I had with mine, I was still considering another one in dark beige. I don't the issues are wide spread. I haven't seen a lot of complaints about this bag. I think I was just unlucky.

Ahhh, okay, got it. I'm still quite new to the luxury handbag world (or just luxury in general), so I'm being extra picky. At the moment anyway. Once I have quite a few in my closet, I'm sure I'll loosen up a bit. I really do want to add a YSL bag to my collection as I love the look of them.

They are definitely cute. I'm a little less enamored with the all black one that I have because nothing stands out on it. However, it is super comfortable and light as a feather. I have used it a lot especially at the beginning of the pandemic. Having said that, the Marmont is no slouch in my book. I have the canvas one trimmed in ebony leather and I love the looks of it. The half chain strap gives it the pop I need. It's also pretty comfortable. I think you will be fine with either one.

I think it's just a crapshoot when it comes to quality. All of these high end brands have had issues at some point or another.

It is a cool looking bag until I wear it. It's not bad but it does not pop for me. I think its less the logo and more the leather strap because the all black bags with the black chains have a bit of an edge. But that's just me.

Yes, the black hardware, and even the silver hardware, is considered edgy. I personally like the silver hardware because I wear silver jewelry, though that hasn't stopped me from buying bags with gold hardware. If I really like/love the bag, I'm wearing it.
