Does any have a SA in Houston that is well versed in men’s watches? We will be in Houston next week and we can’t seem to make an online appointment. We’ve also sent an an email to corporate asking for specific information. We don’t live near a Cartier boutique nor a Cartier store so this is our only shot. Please let us know if you have a SA or any other suggestions. Thank you so very much.

I don't have an SA recommendation for you, but I had a hard time getting an appointment around the 1st of October for middle of November. I could not get one online so I called the store several times and someone finally answered. They were friendly. I think if you contact Cartier through their website they can help you. They may ask for your number and have the Houston store call you.

I am over this appointment only shopping. Dallas was the same, very hard to get into. I was in Miami and that store was super easy to go to and very friendly service.

Thanks for your response. We’ve left several messages but we’ll keep trying. I may post a new thread asking if someone has a good men’s watch SA in any of the Cartier boutiques. We really just need a 10 minute conversation to make our decision.

I, too, am frustrated with appointment only shopping. We don’t live near luxury stores so when we travel to an area that has the stores we want to visit, appointments make it difficult and time consuming.
