Hello everyone, happy new year! My Cartier SA in Chicago is seemingly no longer there, and was wondering if anyone had an SA they could recommend? It doesn't have to be in Chicago (it is the closest location to me as I live in Ohio) -- but would appreciate anyone who is willing to share their contact! Thank you!

Had been there, too, two hours ago. Service is okay, they take time for you .... maybe because this boutique is not overrun.

Selection is quite limited, let's see the two others tomorrow if this is any different there.

Yes, this boutique doesn’t seem to be as busy as the other boutiques in Vegas which are in higher traffic areas. My SA mentioned today that they are low in inventory currently because of the holidays and there was a convention recently which brought in a lot of shoppers.

I always go to the Cartier at Crystals, look for Carlos! I can give his mobile number if anyone wants it, he responds very quick to text messages or even emails. I like that location as it’s not as busy as the others in Vegas and their free valet parking is so convenient.

Don’t let Crystals fool you, they are a very underrated shopping “mall.” Hence why Chanel Encore is closing/closed and my Chanel SA at Bellagio said they will be opening another Chanel boutique in Crystals. That will make Crystals busier as well despite all their price increases lol.
