SA recommendation REQUEST thread

Thomas has been rude over and over to a lot of people. He hung up on me and told me he had no time to service and help me because he had enough sales. Others are reporting the same thing. He gets a lot of recs from tPF and lots of sales, so he is extremely lucky .
I use Naomi At Saks nyc, she used to be my SA at Saks short hills and is friendly and responsive.
I did use Robyn to get my black jumbo and she helped me pick the blackest and best caviar and was patient and I even sent back one that was not good enough and she kept looking for a perfect one. Thomas refused to do this for me. He said he was too busy and clicked off the phone. LOL. O well !

This thread is not about SAs NOT recommended so this will be my last post. And I don't want to defend any SAs here but my post earlier and response here are to share my experience with Thomas.

I benefited from his sale lists a lot from this sale as my favorite Saks SA just left. (Sooo sad!!) I've now found another great Saks SA to work with (not Thomas) but I wouldn't write Thomas off. He does work hard but may not take all clients (he didn't save my info at first when I made first inquiry)

This forum can make or break one SA so I just want to share my experience for balance reporting.
