Good Saks Sa is Robyn at Saks Beverly hills. Took pics of all black jumbos for me. I did not like the one she shipped, she had fedex pick it up next day and sent me a good one. Will keep buying from her.

I tried using Thomas, @ Saks the sa a few recommended here. Horrible service and very rude. Would not look for a black jumbo for me or take pics. Did not want my sale at all and said he was too busy to take pics and to look for a black jumbo that was up to my standard..

Totally agree with the Thomas opinion, he's one of the worst I've dealt with... Arrogant for no reason.

My experience with him and Robyn are completely different from yours. I guess SAs all have good and bad days just like us

I messaged Robyn and she never responded back so I gave up.

Thomas responded quickly on what's app and he sent great sale list as soon as he got all the info.

Thomas has been rude over and over to a lot of people. He hung up on me and told me he had no time to service and help me because he had enough sales. Others are reporting the same thing. He gets a lot of recs from tPF and lots of sales, so he is extremely lucky .
I use Naomi At Saks nyc, she used to be my SA at Saks short hills and is friendly and responsive.
I did use Robyn to get my black jumbo and she helped me pick the blackest and best caviar and was patient and I even sent back one that was not good enough and she kept looking for a perfect one. Thomas refused to do this for me. He said he was too busy and clicked off the phone. LOL. O well !
