Hello! Apologies for the random question and please let me know if there is a proper thread I should direct my question to. I’m looking for a pair of sandals and just got in touch with an SA in Saks Atlanta who has the pair I want and offered to ship them to me. Can someone please confirm that that is typically done? How is payment information exchanged? Thank you!

I haven't purchased from Saks thru an SA before but I have with an SA in Nordstrom. I was sent a link to my phone (text or email I do not recall) to complete my purchase. I entered my card info and form of payment and i submitted the link. The SA would package item and ship to my home address.
