I am not sure if my question is best suited for this thread but it's about Chanel SA's.
I've never had a Chanel SA respond to my whatsapp message or email, is this normal? I am not a huge spender but I have bought a few classic flaps, shoes, jewellery etc. When I walk into the store my current SA knows my name, remembers facts about me, is polite but still never responds to any questions. ( By questions I mean asking for an item maybe 2 times a year in a quick concise message )
I end up purchasing from different SA's rather than sticking to one because I have to come into the store and ask for the items in questions and then purchase them from whoever is in the store but I'd rather shop with just 1 SA.

Hi, All. I did a search and couldn't find a thread on this. I am going to Italy (Venice, Florence, Rome and Naples) and Paris afterwards. I am on the hunt for a Chanel bag and would love to get in touch with a sales associate before I arrive. Does anyone have referrals? Also,if I see the bag on my first stop and buy it, I'm a little nervous carrying it with me for the rest of my trip through all the different hotels. Does anyone have advice on the best way to keep the bag safe? TIA!!
Last year, I’ve spent a solid month in Italy (and traveled to other parts of Europe) with no safety issues while carrying Hermes, dior, my jewelry and chanel RTW). But, I was told by my well travelled, experienced clef d’or concierge at Hotel de Russie in Rome that she feels safe carrying luxury items (and wearing Bulgari and Rolex) everywhere throughout Italy except in NAPLES (I don’t know if our Italian TPfers would agree with this assessment or not). If you are really worried, you can lock it in your luggage. but, IMO your best shopping bet might be shopping in Paris anyway. good luck.

I can’t share an SA, but I’d treat a newly purchased bag like the the rest of the bags and jewelry I brought on my travels.
Use the room safe, lock them in suitcase, etc…
