Last year, I’ve spent a solid month in Italy (and traveled to other parts of Europe) with no safety issues while carrying Hermes, dior, my jewelry and chanel RTW). But, I was told by my well travelled, experienced clef d’or concierge at Hotel de Russie in Rome that she feels safe carrying luxury items (and wearing Bulgari and Rolex) everywhere throughout Italy except in NAPLES (I don’t know if our Italian TPfers would agree with this assessment or not). If you are really worried, you can lock it in your luggage. but, IMO your best shopping bet might be shopping in Paris anyway. good luck.Hi, All. I did a search and couldn't find a thread on this. I am going to Italy (Venice, Florence, Rome and Naples) and Paris afterwards. I am on the hunt for a Chanel bag and would love to get in touch with a sales associate before I arrive. Does anyone have referrals? Also,if I see the bag on my first stop and buy it, I'm a little nervous carrying it with me for the rest of my trip through all the different hotels. Does anyone have advice on the best way to keep the bag safe? TIA!!
I can’t share an SA, but I’d treat a newly purchased bag like the the rest of the bags and jewelry I brought on my travels.Hi, All. I did a search and couldn't find a thread on this. I’m scared to bring my Chanel bag to Spain…advice please!
I was doing some research into a potential trip to Paris (since HK/Japan is out of bounds for us Aussies for the time being) and the travel warnings make it clear that it can be dangerous for tourists now - quite a change from what it was a few years ago. @Tenshii, I was just in Paris in...forum.purseblog.com
Alright, thank you!!I can’t share an SA, but I’d treat a newly purchased bag like the the rest of the bags and jewelry I brought on my travels.
Use the room safe, lock them in suitcase, etc…
Hi Jappel13 - would you mind sharing her contact info with me as well? New on here and not sure how to send you a DM. Ty!Yes! Anna- she’s so sweet and helpful. Dm me for details![]()
Would you mind pls sharing his contact info with me? Ty!Hi I’ve been to the Beverly Hills location a few times and Spencer Torres is by far the best. Super kind, friendly and personable. If you want something he looks for it unlike other associates can be lazy. Also he’s honest if you ask for his opinion. His energy is great.
Hi Bentley1 - Would you mind sharing your SA’s contact info with me too? Thank you!Hi, sending you message.
