Yes very similar! I shop all through text with her but she is very responsive and sweet. Sent me several pictures of bags she had in stock and then found the exact one I wanted. Sometimes the department stores are able to obtain things the boutiques don't have.

South coast plaza Costa Mesa is notoriously rude in sales associates and security, such a turn off and horrid attitude store , They treat customers terribly at that store! Beverly Hills Chanel has way better service.
